The desserts sucked. The dinner was barely anything, only thing I could say I enjoyed was the nachos. I do not recommend this place, the service sucked. Our waiter, Chris, I believe was a horrible waiter letting our drinks go empty. Plus just ignoring us when we had dishes on the table. The food is nothing special, Ive had better from a food truck. This is by far not acceptable for the prices. For two people me and my father payed 50 dollars. For one appitizer, two dinners, and one dessert. It was pricey for the quality of food they had. The place was dirty on the outside and the inside was barely any better. I recommend going somewhere else.

Sadly my margarita was gross. Id never tasted anything like it. I cant put my finger on what ruined it for me but something was just off. We did not have to wait to be seated on a Saturday night, that was nice. My shrimp taco salad was OK... For 13 dollars I expected more. The food took longer than I was expecting it to, but it came out hot so thats good. The live music was a nice touch but the genre didnt fit the restaurant at all. I actually felt like I was on the Titanic... Well likely be back as there are few other options in the area for sit-down family style Mexican.

The food tastes good, but there is something in it that caused a reaction in my body very similar to food poisoning. The reason why I dont want to call it food poisoning is because none of the food seemed to be spoiled or undercooked, but it really did a number on me. Lets call it, food adversion? I had their taco salad (ordered mine with chicken) and some of their homemade hot sauce (which they bring you in a small bowl and charge you $.50 for. If you want regular hot sauce in a bottle, I guess you need to specify). My husband said the beef tacos were ok. Beef was greasy.

After being seated it took 15-20 mins for someone to even come to table to get our drink orders. After another long wait for food. Our Order was all messed up.maybe there was too much of a language barrier because we didnt get what we ordered. The waiter did take it off our bill but we wouldve preferred to eat what we ordered. Service was very slow there didnt appear to be enough staff to accommodate the people in the dining room. This was our first and last visit to this restaurant.

Our first impression, its a huge place. We sat at the bar and ordered margaritas, they were great! Friendly bartender and staff seemed very attentive. We tried taco salads, one beef and one chicken, both had fresh tortilla shell bowls, second time the salad bowls were still cold . Second time and Last time, had crappy service so I voiced my concern to the hostess and she tells me the manager is our server, worst service and attitude EVER.

Absolutely horrendous service. It took 15 minutes just to get someone to get drinks. We brought a crew of 10 guys and were mostly ignored - no one was interested in providing any service. After our food arrived our server never came back. Only one person at our table was able to get a refill. This restaurant is still brand new, I would think they would be more on the ball; cant imagine theyll be here much longer.

Yazzzz.....this service his is the best you will find. I take my wife and 6 children here often. We always have a spill and they handle without the" look at all those kids " look. Believe me family isnt looked at like a blessing anymore sadly. I dont feel this while dining here. Any carnitas dish they serve is amazing. The chicken quesadilla is a favorite.

Showed up at roughly 7:20 took 10 minutes to even be acknowledged. I put my name down for 4 people. Go and ask where we are on the list a little after 7:50 (they said 20 minute wait) and they say they dont have me on the list. But theyd be happy to put me on it to wait all over again. I refuse to spend my hard earned money at places that dont care

Im from our of town, visiting my brother, and he brought me here. The food is very delicious! We had the beef fajitas for two. Talk about a ton of food! I wanted to keep eating because it was so good, but I had to stop. The service was very friendly, and we didnt have to wait to be seated or waited on. All in all, a great place!

One of the best places to go for taco Tuesday or just Mexican food in general. The only complaint that I have is there is one server who we have gotten twice now that seems to hate his job. He is slow, barely checks on his tables, and is always flirting with girls in the bar area. Other than that this is a great place to eat at.

Wow!! Thats all i can say, probbally the best mexican food ive ever had. Place was packed when i got there i was promptly greeted and seated right away! If you can request Carolina i would. She was on top of all her tables and was very polite, she didnt even ignor my 2.5yr old like most waiters/waitresses do.

We have been to different locations and frankly the food wasnt very good at all. Im so glad that I tried this location. The food is fresh and exceptionally delicious. Every time I come here i am impressed. Good staff, nice atmosphere and the food is always perfect. Try the chicken Bacon quesadilla, so yummy!

8/2/17: Not a bad place for a decent Mexican meal. Wife had the carnitas tacos I had combo enchilada plate. Beer was cheap and salsa was tasty. Only issue was all of the enchiladas were covered in same red sauce which made them all taste the same. Next time Ill go with something different.

Very good Mexican food at a very reasonable price. Our waiter was excellent and very impressive with his practiced ability to carry numerous full plates across his arms! We witnessed something like 10 between both arms, though he made a claim of I believe he said 19 was his best.

Maybe we went on a bad day but the service was terrible and the food no better. Our waitress was either very new or was just very bad. The food was dry and bland. As much as Id like to give it another try, somehow thinking it was an off day, Ill pass and try someplace new.

Food was wonderful but sadly the staff is horrible. Hostess was not very inviting and didnt even say a word and our server was the worst ever. Never came to check on us, no refill on drinks, and took 15 mins to ask for our check then another 10 for him to bring it to us.

Excellent service, great authentic food! Tacos al Pastor, Tacos de Carnitas, Chilaquiles, tamales! Its all so good! Forget the burritos and crunchy tacos! Savory meats in warm corn tortillas with tomatillo sauce is the way to go. Generous libation sizes too!

Every time we visit, we leave 100% satisfied. Alex always treat us like family. The food is amazing. We order La Parrillada, which is kind of like fajitas with all kinds of meat, juice and full of flavor. Awesome restaurant 100% Mexican food

Went for lunch, not busy at all. Food was tasteless and service was horrible. Vallartas used to be amazing, but this addition is far from amazing. When asking the server to speak to the manager, he states he was the manager. Excellent.
