I could have forgiven being brought the wrong food, and the taste when the right food came. I could have even forgiven the piss warm beer poured out of those nasty taps ( I knew what establishment I had chosen to walk into). Realizing it could have all been avoided if the man in charge had opted to manage his employees, instead of shooting the bull from the end of the bar, was the straw that broke the camels back. Regardless, I paid my bill, peeled my feet from that sticky floor, and walked out of there. My only solace for such a wasted meal being, I found the strength to resolve that I would never be so desperate as to eat here again

Fellow musicians be forewarned. We did everything right on our side of the business and were prepared to play an awesome show, but got cancelled by Bar IX due to weather on the day of the show. We had a cancellation agreement that we would get compensated. After 8 months of counting on Bar IX to compensate us, we have been ignored. This demonstrates the type of business tactics that Bar IX uses. It should not be tolerated by anyone of us who work to bring success to bussinesses we appreciate. Any business that deems it worthy to treat its commitments as such will be known as such. I hope the lesson will be understood.

Stopped in for lunch today, sad experience. On servers recommendation I tried sub, dry, lots of bread and a little tasteless meat. I was the only patron at noon (should have been a sign) and it still took the girl making my sandwich 15 min to get it to me between phone calls complaining about her schedule. The server spent most of the time I was there either texting or on the phone complaining about her schedule also. Owner has a problem if both employees are to unhappy to focus on work. I wont be back! However, the porter that I had with my sandwich was EXCELLENT. That why they didnt get only 1 star.

I was fortunate enough to be in the area recently for a conference and found this place afterwards. The band playing was amazing, but I was seriously disappointed by the service and quality of the location itself. Talking to the band later I was surprised to hear that they were possibly treated worse than the customers and were using the opportunity just to gain visibility, *rather than actually getting paid*?? They were seriously the only reason I stayed in the joint... Thats wrong.

Burritos and sliders are amazing! Make sure to try them. I havent had breakfast but I hear good things. The beer selection changes up pretty frequently but they always have something in stock for everyone. The bartenders are pretty awesome and they frequently have live entertainment and events going on so make sure to ask about whats coming up!

Musicians BEWARE!!!! Owner doesnt follow through on bill payment following booking and takes advantage of unsuspecting musicians. Make sure to receive payment upfront and always sign a contract with this bar.

I only go for the Burritos! They are pretty good. One bar tender there turned me off because she got into her feelings but one bad apple does not express how good the bar is.
