The experience: What an amazing experience. We arrived Sunday morning at 7:30 for opening @ 8:00 AM (Normally 9:00 AM however early opening for Father’s Day.) We had read the reviews online about wait times and wanted to get there early. I can see how some people may get frustrated with quoted wait times because once you are in your bay you have the ability to extend your time for as long as you are willing to pay for. Our group had four adults and three kids. Once we had everyone registered the staff escorted us to our bay. As first-timers they explained everything in great detail, set us up on the computers and we were good to go. Our waitress came right after our orientation. My wife asked if they had iced coffee, and item that turns out is not even on the menu. She came back promptly with two iced coffees (well above golf course quality coffee I might add.) Our bay had a corner couch around a small coffee table there was plenty of room for the adults and the kids and very comfortable. The free guest Wi-Fi kept our children occupied while they were not hacking away at golf balls. The bays in the morning can get a bit hot as the sun is rising (it’s Florida.) Industrial fans are oscillating in between each bay, and there are shaded areas behind the bays and our waitress brought us several very large cups of ice water. In all the experience was fantastic. The technology and game play: Quite impressive if you think about it. Once a player is selected they can step onto the mat, wave your club in front of the sensor and a ball is dispensed. That single ball is registered to that player. Sensors on the course read the ball and shows you and your bay where the ball landed (if you get it close enough to the whole.) The computers will only allow up to 6 players at once so they also showed us how we can quickly remove/add a player. Amazing when you think about the number of players and the number of balls that are linked back to each player on the range. There are several different selections of games ranging from a straight forward point race to detailed practice games to test accuracy. They can really accommodate any level of player. The cost: At $20 an hour open until noon & $40 an hour noon until close it seems a bit pricey for a single player. However for the experience and service it’s not at all expensive. Grab four of your golf buddies and stay for three hours. Once split, $15 before noon, $30 after noon, before food/drinks and you are still well under what you would pay for any 18 hole course or range. We will definitely be back.

Horrible experience, never going back. I had heard nice things about this place and decided to try it out on my birthday. Since I am a newbie, I didnt quit know how things worked. We were greated at the door with a friendly hostess, she asked us was it our first time. We said yes, she then ask do we want to play golf or eat inside, we chose to eat inside, after that we were lost, she stated, their is an open bar, feel free to have a seat..mind you its my husband and I with our 12 and 17 year old. We wanted a normal table, so we ended up finding one on our own. I asked the bartender was it ok, to sit where we were because the section looked closed. He said it was fine. After about 20 minutes a young girl walks bye, we waved to her and she said she would be with us in a second. She came back 10 minutes later and said do you guys know what you want to drink? We didnt even notice menus at this point. They were behind the ketchup on the table. (Who knew) anyway we ordered drinks. My husband decided to look around and discovered a beautiful golf course, with cool neon lighting, most of the tables outside near the course were empty, we decided to play golf, why not, looks fun.. So we found our waitress and told her we wanted to switch tables. She said ok, but you have to cash out first. We did. And went and sat outside, i didnt realize until.later that you cant just sit at a golf table you must first go stand in line and pay for your table first. They charge by the hour. Fine, after waiting in a long line for almost 15 minutes and counting, I decided it wasnt worth it, it was getting late and we were starving, so we just went back inside. Our same waitress came back and took our order. After about five minutes they turn on bright lights to light the entire building as if they were closing. We still had an hour before close and had not recieved our food yet. I asked the waitress what the lights were for, she said to let people know that its time to rap things up..wth..how rude, who wants to sit in what felt like broad daylight and scarf their food down..ridiculous. we finally recieved our food, it was so so. After eating we had to go and find someone to bring a check. Sigh. We paid the bill and i still tipped the waitress 25% because although she was slightly rude she looked very overwhelmed and she was working really hard. So I didnt take her disconnected attitude personally. I was just ready to get out of there.. i will never return.. on a scale of 1 to 5, service was a 1, food 1, design of the buidling 5.. thats about it.. good luck

Pretty Poor Management and overall experience could of been alot better. Listed below are the bullet points. 1. Dont try to get there from mapping it from their site because it will bring you to a dead end at the back of a condominium. Several cars, including ours found this out the hard way. Something they need to fix. 2. Arrived and was told there was a 2 hour wait, which I understand, but the 2 hour wait turned in to 3 hours, and we had to complain several times. The funny part is after they finally gave us a pod, we looked in astonishment as the one next to us remained empty for 1 hour. 3. It took about 30 minutes for our waitress to bring us 3 drinks at our table on the first floor. 4. Since it was our first time, 5 of us needed to wait in line to get a card, and then fill it with money. Thank god our one friend had already got the card on another night, and had already put us on the waiting list. 5. I was astonished at how poor this process what. I sat in a line with 10-15 people, and it took on average 15-30 minutes for each person to sign up for their card. I wasnt sure why, but when I actually made my way to the computer to get my card I realized. The touchscreen computer did not work properly, and neither did the card reader. This made the process very slow. There were helpers, but there wasnt much they could do for poor equipment. This is one process that needs to be improved, it would of been alot easier if we could of done this when we were assigned to our pod instead of having to wait for an hour to get this card. 6. After we finally got to our pod, our first drink order, which was only beers, was filled wrong. Then the food we ordered was wrong as well. When we tried to tell them our correct order, it was taken but never brought to us. Our waitress blamed it on the fact their were 1600 people there, but I dont think she had that many tables. 7. Overall the actual golfing experience was pretty cool. The majority of everyone there cant golf good at all, and I saw people hitting from their almost get hit by golf balls that were shanked directly to the right, including a 6-8 year old kid next to us. If I had a kid with me, I would definitely be cautious. The food was also good. Overall I have to give this place a 1, just because with the amount of money they spent on it, they should of spent more on a good management team that would recognize these issues and fix them. I felt like the majority of employees lacked good leadership. I drove from Tampa, and Ill probably never go back.
