If youre anywhere in the Tampa Bay area, make time to get here! Family and I ate here every chance we had during our week long trip and loved every visit. The food here is simply amazing as is the incredible family who operates this eatery. Irresistible empanadas, a Cuban sandwich that will change what you thought you knew about this classic. Sweet plantains, yellow rice and charro beans, mojo pork sandwich, pork tacos and the list goes on. You absolutely know that these folks truly appreciate being able to share their heritage with you through their incredible food. Seriously, dont miss this one.

Barracuda Deli Cafe is a hidden treasure. Once we walked in, we were greeted by a very friendly family. It was obvious that they pride in what they do. The cubanos were absolutely delicious. The crunch of the bread and combination of flavors in the sandwich were extremely satisfying. Whenever I sample a new restaurant or menu item, I rely on a very simple indicator. I would ask myself "Will I come back or order the item again?" Needless to say, we went back the next day for the cubanos. Why challenge success! This was a great find.

Walked right past this strip mall location nor even noticing it, then doubled back. Nice little place with about 5 tables and a counter near the window. The "Best Cuban" was excellent. Halfway through the 12" and after using about 5 napkins I was almost full and can confirm that it was as good or better than any Cuban Id ever had. Pork was tasty and moist and the Salami adds a punch of added flavor. Rice and beans added to it all being very filling and tasty. Great setvice by a polite staff. Good lunch at a great price.

Great food at a great price. You will not be disappointed - my wife and I had the Mojo Heaven and my son had the Cubana. Both were excellent - I wish I could have eaten more. The side were potato salad, rice and beans and Italian pasta. All very good hard to choose the best but I would lean to the pasta salad. One of the best places in St Pete if not the best we had. Hard to remember any place I have been that had such tasty food.

Really good! I had "The Best Cuban" sandwich, and its not an empty boast; it really is a supurb sandwich. The coleslaw is creamy, crunchy, and cold with a neutral flavour, making it an excellent foil to the slightly spicy sandwich. My wife had the fish tacos which were also excellent. In spite of the overflowing number of fresh ingredients in the tacos, the fish shines through as the star. Well be coming back.

Absolutely amazing food! The mojo pork is awesome. Plantains and empandas (air fried) equally delicious. And the Cuban has the shredded pork which just makes this sandwich the best Cuban we have found on the beach! The staff is friendly. And you simply can not beat the prices. They also offer free delivery!!!!

I saw this is the highest rated restaurant within a mile of Postcard Inn, and it lives up to the reviews. The Barracuda sandwich (i.e. modified Cuban) is one of the best sandwiches Ive ever had - better than a Publix sub, and thats saying A LOT. The pasta salad was amazing, too. Ill certainly return.

Best Cuban Ive had! Absolutely delicious huge Cuban sandwich ($8.25) and 2 for $5 great margaritas (neat ice, flavors:lime, mango, strawberry, passion fruit, and tamarind). $3 fried plantains. Cute little atmosphere, cant recommend highly enough. Best eating experience I had in St. Pete Beach.

This is place is nestled in the heart of St. Petes beach this cozy, family owned restaurant is amazing. The menu is varied enough to satisfy everyones taste. The service is friendly and makes you feel welcome. The taste and flavor combination is a definite palate pleaser!

Ridiculously good sandwiches! The beans and rice also smelled amazing, so Ill have to try those next time. Location has very little in the way of seating, so be aware in advance, this is definitely more "cafe" than "restaurant" in that respect. Great food, however.

The Cuban and Reuben Sandwich were amazing! We could taste that this was a fresh sandwich with fresh meat. We had guests from south beach Miami with us and they LOVED their pressed Reuben! Will definitely be back! Highly recommend stopping before the beach here

So good! My family got a Caesar wrap and pasta salad, chicken wrap and potato salad, and turkey panini with rice and beans. Everything was delicious! Highly recommend going! The guy that took care of us was super friendly and polite!
