I have NEVER written a review for anything, but I had to take the time to write one for the Koffee Kup after what I had experienced. My wife and I visited the place for the first time on 5/16/2017 at about 7:30pm. We noticed the sign in front of the door stated they close at 8:00pm so after opening the door we decided to leave and come back another time because they were about to close and didnt think they would have a fresh pot of coffee and thought the service would be rushed. As I got into my truck and was about to leave I hear a knock on my window and to my surprise a gentleman (I believe it was the owner) from the diner asked us why we were leaving and I told him why and he insisted we stay and eat... I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE THAT BEFORE... EVER! They made us a fresh pot of coffee and the waitress was so awesome with us.That my friends is customer service on steroids!!! He has us as loyal, committed and regular customers as long as we live in Osceola County. I am now referring all my friends to eat there. Great food, great staff, great atmosphere and clean place.

I have lived in Osceola County for many years and had the unfortunate experience of dining in this establishment twice. It appears that many of their customers are regulars. On both of my visits to this "restaurant" I found the establishment to be less than sanitary. It is very small with a claustrophobic feel with a nauseating smell. The servers were not friendly unless catering to their regulars. The food was far less than subpar. If you are looking to dine at a "greasy spoon" you would be better off finding a national chain like IHOP, Dennys or Village Inn (all are within a couple of miles of this restaurant). The thing I feel is the most unappealing about this restaurant was when I was informed that the locals call this eatery the KKK which is the acronym for Koffee Kup Kafe. I wonder if people think this is coincidental. If you dont believe what I am posting, take a ride into Saint Cloud and tell someone you are looking for a place called the KKK to grab a bite to eat and see if they can give you directions. Dont let it shock you.

Our family of 6 went there on a Sunday morning around 10:00am. PRIME TIME! Although we had to wait several minutes for a table and our waitress was clearly very busy, she took the time for pleasantries while she got our drink order. Our food arrived quick and hot, just as it should be! There was more than enough food for 2 people per order. Even an order of over easy eggs were perfect! I hated the fact that we had to leave our leftovers but we did not have a cooler with us and we were not going straight home. Definitely make it a destination eatery. Im looking forward to trying other dishes from their huge menu of hearty satisfying "home cooked" meals!

It was pretty good food for a decent price. Lots of advertising inside...lots... Service was pretty good, until I paid and asked for a reward card (for every $100 you spend, you get $6.00 off... Not super great, but worth it if you plan to go a few times) and the woman at the register became rude and pretty mush shoved my credit card, receipt, and rewards card in my hand. That kinda surprised me and was taken aback by her attitude. I didnt know about the card and neither did people I know that have gone there many times, so its not something they openly tell people, I just happened to see another customer with one.

The coffee was good enough, and the pancakes were good (the size of a dinner plate) but everything thing else there is gross. Ive tried it a few times but the last time I ordered corned beef hash and it was an embarrassment to say the least. If they didnt use canned corn beef to make that then they have mastered the art of making food taste like canned food and thats not a good thing. There are just so many other places around here with good food. I think people like it here because its been around forever.

I asked the guy at my hotel in st.cloud where was a good local joint to eat lunch. I told him its got to be clean and local. He pointed toward the water tower and said "theres a cafe right underneath there, thats where I eat." Ive got to say the service was excellent, the food was very very good , and the place was clean as a whistle. Very reasonably priced. So good I went back for dinner. Next trip breakfast for sure. Highly recommend.

I have worked here in several different capacities in the last 13 years... We have excellent food excellent service and everybody including the customers are very friendly... My favorites on the menu are Willys Philly omelette and the seafood platter, the list actually goes on and on. Whether you want to sit down and enjoy a nice meal or if you are in a hurry and needs something on the Run you cant go wrong at the Koffee kup!!!!

The Koffee Kup is a place with great food where you dont feel like a customer more like a part of the family. From the time you walk in and your greeted by Frankie till the time you are finished eating the service and food is top notch. The waitress are very friendly and make sure you are enjoying your meal and experience at the Koffee Kup.

Visiting from PA and was very pleased. although very busy they kept up with the tables and we were seated right away. The server as friendly, even joked about size of the Pepsi I got (it was huge!) and was asked many times by the people there if everything was good... it was! The food was fresh and reasonably priced.

Great service, great food!!! Very friendly people that actually seem to LIKE being at work. Food was served quickly and perfect! Very busy place but I was seated and served within minutes. Definitely recommend to any body that wants good, fast food service.

Ok, so, if you enjoy a loud, active, eatery with awesome good food and prices...This is the place! When Im here it feels like everyone is just enjoying themselves! Servers are courteous and the owner too sweet! Come, if you like a homey feel and good food!

We stop at the Koffee Kup each time we travel. We love this place! The food is great and they give you ALOT! I ordered one biscuit and gravy. It looked like a wedding cake with gravy lol. It was so delicious. Im never disappointed.

Busy and noisy because the floor is bare cement ... but the atmosphere is great, the waiting staff is great. I always feel like family when I get there. Its a great little diner if you are looking for where the locals go.

The service was slow. She was uncaring. I watched other people who came in behind us get their food. When i had an issue with the bacon the women argued with me. Sad really. I have always enjoyed the cup before.

As much as I hate going out to eat, I dont mind going here. It has great food and service, and the wait for your food is practically non-existent. Also, they have a very active owner. He is there all the time.
