Ive been to this place many times, and yes the service can be slow at times. HOWEVER, the food is worth it. Ive been to various other Colombian restaurants around the area and I can say for a fact, they are NOT WORTH IT. They manage to get close to 5 stars while they serve food that is burnt and has no flavor. (To even say its been once that it happened, no its been several times) And yes this place costs a bit more than the other Colombian restaurants....but what can I say, you eat what you pay for.

I dont know who owns this place but they must be small time criminals. I felt like a tourist who just got off the plane in Colombia. The menu say $2.60 for cup of coffee the girl charged me $4.80 for a cup of coffee and it was water and milk and to add insult to injury I never got a receipt and I know she put that money in her pocket. People are rude, food is bad and they were dishonest. I should have called the cops! Total RIP OFF on all levels.

The food is good but the service is really slow. They need to attend to customers a little more or customers will stop coming. It takes them a while to come to you and once u get your food they disappear out of sight. To be fair depends on your waiter/waitress. I would of rate higher but thats important to me. Ambiance is good and place is clean. In the beginning they were more on top of things but as time went on they started slipping.

Muy lento el servicio. La mesera casi no viene ni siquiera a recibir pago de la cuenta. Comida no estuvo mal, pero el servicio no vale la pena. No volveré a este restaurante. También me pareció caro.

I just went to get a coffee to go. Regular coffee. They gave me a huge stirofoam cup quarter full and gave me a long straw and offer me sugar . I dumped it right in front at the garbage bin. Wrong place for cup of coffee.. Maybe better to have coffee inside but It is a seat down dinning style and they do no have coffee bar counter. Maybe food is good .

I was 15 minutes on a Monday at 2:30 pm I went to lunch with my husband because it was recommended ....... no one was attending ,,,, just 2 customers drinking coffee, and no one at the entrance .... PESIMO THE SERVICE, THE ONLY PLACE TO uNDERSTAND GIVING A LOT TO SEE IF RESTAURANT GOOD OR BAD ........ THIS LOUSY
