I went to this location to enjoy the afternoon with my family unfortunately it was not the best experience because they had a party of 100 inside and turned their customers away unless it was a takeout order. So i decided to do take out being that i traveled so far. When i received my order i decided to give my kids a slice of pizza before leaving being they were so hungry and by the time i would have reached my hotel the food would be cold. A male employee working inside than asked me to leave he needs the space outside for the party inside mind you not one person was outside before i arrived everyone was enjoying their occasion indoors. I told the man i was leaving i wasnt eating anything i actually was getting ready to leave when he came outside but because he said it LOOKED as if i was eating or to eat he wanted me to leave i must say i have never had anyone disrespect me in that manner EVER! And being that i decided to try this place out i will NEVER COME HERE AGAIN! I will only go to a place with great customer service the male employee treated me as if i was not a paying customer and i did not appreciate it at all. If your looking for great customer service DO NOT EAT AT THE KISSIMMEE LOCATION!

The food is decent if you ever actually get it. The first time we ate here it was fine. Slow service but tolerable. The second time they messed up both of our orders and despite ordering a simple lunch special it took over an hour to complete lunch. Today we arrived and IMMEDIATELY ordered food and beverages anticipating slower service from last trip. I was not excited about retuning due to the prior experience but decided to give them another try. After ordering immediately we waited 25 minutes to even get the sodas we ordered. Upon getting sodas I asked how long our food would take as we were needed back at work in 30 minutes and had already been waiting 25+. The waitress rudely informed us that our food (again easy lunch specials) would take at least 20 minutes to cook. I then explained that we had been here 25+ and ordered immediately upon arrival. She then said that whenever it was ready she could get us to go boxes and we could just eat what we could before we had to leave. I then informed her we would have no time to eat. AWEFUL! I dont care how good the food is, service like this is inexcusable. If you cant handle our business get more employees. Why did we pay for this??

So this is my first time writing this. We have been at this place 2 times previously in the past 2 years of living in Kissimmee. Both occasions were good in all aspects which is why they get a 3 star rating. Tonight we went and it was full, we were waiting and next in line, they had a 4 top table open up and wouldnt seat us there and no one was waiting besides us. You could see the server and the hostess look at us and the table and clearly read their lips oh just two of them? So after waiting 10 to 15 mins my wife just took off! I looked back at the hostess and told her wow, you have a table and refuse to give it to us! Learn to work on your service and we walked out. Im sure they dont care either because they were packed but word spreads when your treated in this manner. It will be along time now before we go back again, I can tell you that. The fat girl in the front needs to be fired, her head was in her arms on the wall most of the time we were there and she could have easily sat us. We tip GOOD and to be treated that way, uggh. We even knew the bar tender as well as her dad is a fellow doctor at my wifes practice. This will definitely put a black eye on their name.

Used to really enjoy going to BPB--no more. Used to be able to make reservations for a table--no more. I called this last weekend to make a reservation, person answering went to put me on hold and disconnected with me. I called again, and said she had disconnected me, she said, "Oh, sorry." She said, "Sorry, we dont have any tables for reservation tonight." I said, "I didnt even tell you what time Id be there or how many people in my party." She said, "Hold just a minute." Came back on and said, "Sorry, no reservations." I will not go there again. My wife and I were regular customers to this point. Then recently, the owner has gotten to where it doesnt matter whether or not "regulars" drop a fair amount or not, if he doesnt want to do anything to accommodate the customer, he wont. I wont support someone or someplace where proprietors and their hired hands take on such a condescending attitude. You regular customers should mean more to you than that. I will not return.

My husband and I wanted a nice family night out before he left for a business trip. We had heard about the amazing pizza and wanted to try it out. When walked in the place was pretty much empty so we thought we would get quick service, especially since we have a toddler. Our server was always missing, our drinks were regularly empty, our pizza took over 40 mins and was missing a topping, our appetizers came after the pizzas. It was just a plate of olives! Seriously should not have taken 40 minutes for a plate of olives! I had to walk around with our toddler because she was getting restless sitting waiting that whole time. When we asked to speak to management they sent the head waiter, and then she went to talk to the manager. The manager even walked passed our table to have this conversation with her! He couldnt come talk to us personally? So insulting! The pizzas was ok, but we will never be back. Awful customer service!

The food is rather tasty every time I have chosen to eat at BPB, but the service tends to be extremely slow. Though I have had a few bad servers, the general personalities have been friendly and kind. The last time I went was with my mom and my less than a year old daughter. The staff was amazing with her, and even brought out an extra plate for us to put some snacks on for her without us asking. When we went to leave, we had lost track of her pacifier, and I asked our waitress if she had seen it. After checking for us and not finding it, they came outside to find us as they had found it under the table and had even washed it for us! This was the best and fastest service Ive had, and Im excited to see if this will continue. I hope so, as I love their calzones :) Thank you again to the staff for being so amazing to my daughter and I.

The food was ok at best. Based on the way we were treated I take it that they are not "family friendly" the kids meals were not on the menu, the waitress whom was very rude and rushed us like ive never been rushed before, mentioned Mac cheese and chicken tenders, I ordered my son the macn cheese, I asked for a kids meal so I amused that it came with a drink and side, come to find out after they brought me cold Kraft macn cheese, yes COLD Kraft, that cost $1 at the store, well they chrage $4.49, again its not listed on the menu, so you find out with the bill. I can go on but to cut it short, the waitress Rushed us out b/c my daughter was crying ... The waitress cleared the table before we could get out of our seats.
