I went to the shop tonight to but supper for my family. A couple was sitting at a table with a lap dog on a leash. When i asked the evening manager, Vlad if this was a common practice he could not look me in the face or provide me with an answer. He allowed the woman to yell at me this it was a "working dog". Now, call me crazy, but I have never seen a service dog with a bow in her hair without a vest stating that she is indeed a service animal. I am a dog lover, I have two of my own, but seeing a dog in a sub shop turns my stomach. Vlad you just lost your shop a customer who used to drive quite a distance to frequent your shop.

As the two previous comments, I have also had a bad experience at this Firehouse Subs restaurant last year. I heard they were under new management/ownership, so decided to give them another try and OMG what a difference! The staff was great, restaurant was clean and my sub was awesome. I have definitely been converted. Im so excited to have my Hook and Ladder Sub once again!

Customer service is key to every business an employee name Jeremy was hard to understand and he speaks very unprofessional I barely understood what he was saying I dont normally come to this location but I dont think I should come back if they dont wanna have a professional relationship with their customers other than that food is great

THE BEST SUBS PLACE IN TOWN. MANAGEMENT ALL THE WAY DOWN TO GREETERS AND CHECKOUT STAFF IS AWESOME. WE ALWAYS ORDER OUR STAFFS BIRTHDAY PLATTERS OR JUST BECAUSE PLATTERS AND THEY PUT IT TOGETHER AND DELIVER IN RECORD TIME. EVEN WHEN I FORGET TO GIVE THEM A HEADS UP. WAY TO GO GUYS!!! THE COAN EYE CARE GROUP ;o)

Subs are were decent except my wifes witch needed to be remade but I would fire every one of the employees if I owned this place there are 3 people working almost no customers and the store is nasty trash all over the floor and no clean tables if they would stop sitting around in the back maybe it would be clean

I always come here when they release their pulled pork sandwich. One of the best around. Other then that I love their beef bruiscut. Clean tables and good service.

They got my order wrong twice and the staff was rude. I wouldnt recommend due to the very bad service I received. I will not be eating there in the future.
