If I could give them 0 stars I would. Today, I got some food delivered. When I opened the container a LIVE bug crawled out, so I immediately called back. They woman answering the phone began to act like there isnt a problem and couldnt issue me a refund. I called again she hung up. I called again, she left the phone lying there while she talked and laughed with a coworker. The 4th time I called the phone went to the tone as if the phone lines had been unplugged. I called off another number, same thing. I saved the food. When I got off of work, I drove over to the business. I tried to open the door, it was locked, the building was empty despite the hours on the door saying 10:30pm and it was approx. 6:10pm. This whole situation is utterly disgusting.

Been ordering from here for years and never had a problem. Then, one night I made an order and paid with my credit card. The woman on the phone said that the driver would have to "copy" my card when he brought the delivery. Of course I wasnt comfortable with this because who knows who will have my card info. She very quickly told me my order was canceled and never thought twice of her inappropriate request or rudeness to cancel my order even after charging my card. Supposedly I will see my refund in 3 days... Well see.

Worst restaurant ever because I couldnt barely understand the lady that was taking the order then I told her I want a lo mein shrimp fried rice. She ask me what size I said pint and she told me it would be 9 dollars. I had to wait 35 minutes for it and it only came in a really small box and in the small box was just noodles and vegetables. So I ask her where is the rice she starts yelling at me they dont give rice with pint size I am like you serious. I was like wow.

The worst Store stinks To much onion spouts in rice (told them no onion sprouts, they still deliver my food with onion sprouts) The lady is very rude The delivery guy gets mad when tip isnt enough Just moved to North Lauderdale so I need a good Chinese spot Chose Lion Chef and it wasnt worth it Now I found a good spot No more Lion chef thank God

I was a long time customer but they just lost me, they didnt bring everything I ordered, when I called back they wanted to charge me for delivery AGAIN when it was THEIR MISTAKE. I told them I wasnt going to pay for THEIR MISTAKE. I was then hung up on, and that was from the manager. you just lost a long time customer.

Do not order from this place they stole my money gave me wrong order and when I called the lady cursed me out and hung up on me . When I called again she picked up n hunged up again I couldnt even eat the food it was salty with a bad taste the chicken had so much hair on it

My co-workers and I order from this place all the time, everytime we get our food the driver has a problem giving us change, he is a very nasty man who barely speaks any english. Customer service is horrible, and there food is not that great. try a different restuarant

Placed a order at 7:30 didnt receive it till 9:30 on top of that ordered myself some fried wontons they delivered it without the sauce I have ordered from this place many times before but this one time really disappointed me no good

Very good typical Chinese place. The fried rice is loaded, and you get a huge portion for $8 at dinner, which includes rice of any kind, soup and an egg roll or soda. Fast, friendly and they recently cleaned the place up inside.

Absolutely NY style "real" fried rice. Moo Goo Gai Pan is the best. I dont like carrots or mushrooms and they remember it when I order. Great food, great portions and great prices. I dont go anywhere else. ♡♡

burbon chicken was gross, went to bed starving took 2 forks of it & threw it away. big waste of money & i knew they wouldnt let me switch it out for another meal.. so i didnt bother calling back.

Lion Chef has great food and while it looks a little run down you should note that its actually clean. Its Chinese takeout, you cant and really shouldnt expect too much by way of atmosphere.
