I chose to go to this restaurant for lunch today. My friend had been there before and said they had an excellent Reuben. I wish I could say the same for the pimento cheese sandwich. It was horrible! 4 slices of bread, toasted, with a tiny smear of something similar to cheese between each slice. There were no pimentos! But there was a lot of grated raw cheese on top, probably to hide the smear of stuff on top of the top slice of bread. There was no way to pick up the sandwich because it was so messy. It looked like a preschooler tried to make their first sandwich. And for an added surprise, there were several tiny jalapeno peppers deep inside each layer of "sandwich", so that I was not forewarned of the heat. I tried to make it through a couple of layers (with a fork) after removing the jalapenos, but all I really tasted was toast. The sandwich came with soggy sweet potato fries and a huge bowl of coleslaw. The coleslaw is the only reason I did not send my food back. And I never send my food back. For an $13 lunch, Ill be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Where do I start. I usually dont take the time to write reviews, but felt it would be a disservice to potential customers if I didnt. Poor service, terrible food, rude staff, and the list goes on and on. I surely wont be visiting or recommending this place to anyone.

Stopped by this morning for breakfast with two out of town guests. We all thought the food was great, fresh, plentiful (perhaps a bit too much so); reasonably priced, waited on within a fair wait time; and managed. Tom Hayes

Sip a truly refreshing peach tea under the shade of an ancient oak and enjoy an European style sandwich that makes you actually excited about eating a sandwich: Fresh, perfect balance of ingredients!
