Finding this gem was a "Happy Accident"... While looking for information on a taco shop a couple of blocks south on N.E. 2nd Ave, I came across this delightful Cafe. Please beware, theres no parking... Only street parking. Nevertheless, the parking hassle is worth the visit. NOA is an inviting and quaint restaurant. We were greeted and served by a lovely and friendly young lady, Patty. We were treated with a gastronomical delight... The whole snapper was fantastically prepared and delicious... As well as the lamb. Dont forget dessert... The cheesecake, hands down tasty. A bit pricey for a Saturday lunch but well worth the experienced... Well visit again, real soon.

Nice neighborhood spot!!! A great find.... The Octopus starter with spaghetti squash was delicious and my poached salmon special was so very tasty!! Great service and the desserts were great too---pavlova!!!

Had the mussels and a local beer. Good. Little salty for my taste but the company. Locals and staff was great. Ill be back again. The ribs looked great. Sit at the bar if your alone and try the local beers.
