With Miami growing at a faster and faster pace, bars and restaurants are springing up all over town. While most bars are opening in the same, common locations, the bar at 1306 has gone out of it’s way to make a name for itself in a location which seems like it’s the exit of downtown and the entrance of Wynwood (our geography may be a bit off). What looks like an old restaurant supply warehouse district, Aramis Lorie and Brad Knoefler (formerly operator/owners of Grand Central), tapped into C Virginia King (Broken Shaker alumni) to create a cocktail menu where you can enjoy a bar unlike any other. As you drive down the street towards 1306, the property sits between one and two story buildings with no other big buildings in sight besides downtown a couple blocks away. What seems like an area pulled out of 80’s Miami, sits a comfortable bar with dark accents and a welcoming vibe. “We also consider it to have one of the best music selections of any bar in Miami.” Virginia has created a cocktail menu that is vermouth and mezcal forward meant to compliment the aperitivos that are served during the happiest of hours which include pickled vegetables, cheese, nuts, chips and more. The aperitivo menu is available throughout the night and offered complimentary during happy hour from 5pm-8pm.

For a dive looking from the outside I was thoroughly impressed...the bartender was fantastic, took great care of our group. Live music and the perfect selection of recorded stuff too. The beer was amazing...found a west coast beer Ive loved for a while that I certainly didnt expect to ever see again and a new Belgium that Id travel back for more of....I will definitely remember this place should I ever get back to Miami on business. Thanks for a great experience.

The service from the bartender could not have been any worse. Not only did he state that my friends and I could die and he could not care less, he refused to serve my friend birthday shots. I would highly suggest going to another establishment where they dont employ such discourteous employees. Worst experience I have ever been a part of, socially.

1306 would get 5 stars if they had beer on draft and cheaper drinks, but they dont so here we are. As an event venue, this place is only as good as who you are there to see. Its the perfect size for a Mid size concert and despite being mostly outdoors, is comfortable enough even in the summer thanks to their giant fans and overhead cover.

1306 Event Space and Bar is the best place to kick it with your friends during lunch and after work. With a variety of food drinks from poke, fried chicken, Korean rice plates and even cookie dough, they almost have everything you need!

No alcohol purchase necessary. The environment was very clean. Sister in Christ launched her first love album. Food was served and is possible, in a private event, to enjoy with friends and brothers and sisters in Christ.

Owned by the same owner as the Corner bar. This place was small, but very nice. Has a real bar feel to it. It also has a space in the back for events.
