Was on my way home and decided to call AHEAD OF TIME to see if they had malt powder for ice cream shakes ... and after ringing for 2mi and 48secs NO ONE PICKS THE PHONE!!! I then reached the Baskin Robbins and walked inside the place while still on the phone only to find 3 workers, 2 ppl in line and 2 ppl in dining area. Thats it!! It wasnt even close to being busy. I asked my question to one of the workers while still on the phone waiting for someone to answer. No one did!!! I even waited another 20sec before walking out. Its IDIOTIC!!!!!!!!
