Poor service. Good food. My husband and I came here for breakfast. The hostess tried seating us at a two top table which would have been fine but it was cramped between a wall and a large party less than an arms length away. When we asked for a different table, the hostess huffed and took us to another table. The waitress took our drink order. Coffee and water. When she came back with coffee, we mentioned that there was no sugar or creamer. We had to ask twice more for both which didnt get to the table until after our food. She did not take our orders for some time even took other tables orders before us. Our meals were good and as expected. It took several more minutes to get a to-go box and our check as the waitress felt that it was more important to clean all the other tables in the area before giving us our check. Lastly, the cashier snapped at me to pay my check over at the bakery while I was still looking at items for sale. Glad we were just passing through the area.

The customer service from the cooks to the wait staff was ABSOLUTELY "AWESOME"!!! Because of a special diet (which I "didnt" say "anything" about up front) I asked them to "alter" a specific "menu" item. Not "only" did the waitress not make it seem unreasonable (it was complicated & In wouldve understood) but she smiled & said let me talk to the cook! Not only did they work together to accommodate me, they went beyond it & made it special, by adding the extras to fit what I asked for. (i.e. changed the kind of bread to match the taste, offered embellishments to accommodate taste...etc.) Im "TOTALLY" Charmed!

We had been traveling for 11 days...we were road weary and hungry. We stopped at Bob Evans for dinner and were fortunate enough to have Eli for a server. Eli has red hair...he said "From my Mom" What a nice young man! Our food was served in a timely manner. It was hot, tasty and appealing. The cole slaw that was 1 of our sides was the best cole slaw ever...they must have a secret recipe. We even had desert...a chocolate sundae (a rarity for us)

If I could go with zero stars, I would. Never had a chance to be seated. They were not packed or slammed. We counted at least five employees, two were mgt staff, that just walked by us numerous times. After 7 -10 minutes waiting to be seated, we walked out. Cashier more willing to check folks out, than to seat them. Zero stars!

Great food! Staying over night in a hotel. We went over thinking this is gonna be so so . What a pleasant surprise the young lady who greeted us was so pleasant and refreshing.We decided carry out pot roast and chicken pot pie. Awesome! The pumpkin supreme pie was awesome, too. Great job to the TEAM at Lake City Fl.

Food was not good. Service was decent, the waitress was new so I cant complain about that. Smelled dirty, like carpets havent been cleaned in a long time. We had a larger group and several people complained about the food either being over or under cooked. Dine at your own risk!

Been to Bob Evend many times This dinner was the worst Ordered the same as always but something went wrong, country fried steak tasted like Walmart microwave tv dinner and the salad taste at least a week old with LARGE pieces of lettuce and tomato BADBADBAD

Went after lunch but before dinner. The restaurant had very few people in it. The server was friendly. The food was ok. It wasnt bad, it wasnt great. I suspect things would have been better if we were there for breakfast or dinner.

We had breakfast here this morning. Prices are reasonable, portions are nice, and the food is delicious. Judy was out waitress today and she was an absolutely amazing. She greatly improved my morning and I thank her for it!

Ive only had breakfast here, nonetheless, at this time, Bob Evans is the "BEST" place in Lake City for breakfast. Prices are as you would expect for any other family restaurant serving all three meals all day.

Worst Bob Evans Ive ever been in. The place was old and filthy. Food was not like other Bob Evans. Place needs to be torn down. Waitress must have been new, she didnt know the answers to any of our questions.

Nobody does breakfast like Bob Evans. The food is good and the servers have experience. I like the counter seating when Im in a hurry. Big comfortable booths, too, which I wish they had at Cracker Barrel.

Always good and affordable food but I took my dad there for his birthday and they have no birthday song and no free deserts so thats very disappointing they charged almost $4 for his birthday dessert.

Waited to be seated. After we were seated and served coffee and tea we waited over 10 minutes for a waited or waitress. We left without ordering. We DROVE OUT OF OUR WAY to eat at this Bob Evans.
