Food is always good, but service can be abominable. Poor wait staff or just bad management, Im not sure! They dont hire rocket scientist to serve you but the people in the kitchen are working hard!! Its sad to see a good meal just sit and get cold. Too much "chit-chat" going on behind the counter!! Nobody seems very attentive to the customers needs. My compliments to the cooks, but could somebody get me a water and some silverware? Dont come in a hurry or too hungry, youll have a painful wait!!

Food is always good. the breakfast meats are where its at. I love to get one of the breakfast meals. the dinner portion isnt bad either. I recently had chicken fried steak; a pretty good sized portion too, with hashbrowns and coleslaw. All was great and the bisquits with apple butter rounded out the meal deliciously. Service is ok; could be better, could be worse. When I arrived, it took a few minutes before anyone greeted me, but afterwards it was a good experience.

Today was the first time I ever left hungry. The turkey dinner was not enough to feed a small child. 2 pcs 1&1/2 x 5". The Mgr stated portions are premeasured and there was nothing she could do. When I told her bob Evans has lost a loyal customer, she said o well there was nothing she could do. Every time we go in there there is another change to the menu, reducing the quantity of food not the price. Broasted chicken from 3 pcs to 2.

We went one day and had horrible service and horrible food. Thought it might be a off day so we tried it again and we had the same horrible experience. We waited an hour for a medium stake and it came out raw!! We sent it back and 15 minutes later it came out....again it was raw. The burger was so greasy that the bun was soaked. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. The manager took care of our bill but wont be coming back.

They sat us in the back, in the corner and never got asked if we wanted coffee or water. Matter of fact we had to get up after about 20 minutes and ask why we hadnt been waited on. People came in after us and were serviced before we even received water or coffee. I failed to mention the we have darker skin than everyone else that were there. Never again will I visit this Bob Evans.

Ive been dining here for years and can say the quality has diminished immensly...as have the portions. I just picked up a $9 chicken farmhouse salad that they fit into the smallest possible container...suitable for a side salad NOT a full salad! I work too hard for my paycheck to waste my money in this establishment. I will not be back.

We always enjoy breakfast here, with so many choices on the menu. We know there is usually a ten to fifteen minute wait here for breakfast on weekends but it is worth it. The prices are not too expensive and you get refills on drinks every few minutes if needed. The servings are big enough you may have to take some home.

The service was good for a busy crowded morning, I enjoyed the food vey hearty and flavorful but the deserts were a bit too sweet for my taste and thats weird coming from me . The staff was friendly fast but not too rushed the resturant was clean . and the wifi is nice. I felt relaxed here. i would come back

We went here on a busy sunday morning, and our wait time was short. Our waitress cathryn was triple sat and we didnt wait for anything. I was amazed at the attentiveness and efficiency that she had. I would definitely recommend this restaurant, and if you do ask for cathryn you wont regret it.

Very good food! Had summer chicken salad fruit plate! It was fresh and delicious! So much food Im taking the leftovers for lunch tomorrow! I had the lemonade bread with it and that served as dessert! This place is very clean and the staff is friendly. I will be back!

We had chicken broast, mash, corn salad, French toast, banana pecan bread.. all of them were so fresh and delicious. Totally a local farm fresh food. Their service was excellent too... And their price is so affordable.. I will love to come back here again and again...

Great food. Great service. Clean. my daughter was in the car seat on the floor and the manager brought her something to sit her up higher. Picked up our plates when we were finished so our table wasnt crowded. Kim is awesome. Will come again!

All I can say about it is... A very dirty place the bus boy that was cleaning the tables dropped the towel on the floor and he still cleaned the tables and seats with it. The floors was even dirty... I will not ever eat there again.

Waitress passed by multiple times but never bothered offering to refill our empty drinks throughout half course of the meal. Thats a simple routine that every waitress should know when working in a restaurant business. Not satisfied.

Waitress was great, but I am so sick and tired of All Bob Evans, always running out of white broasted chicken. Never fails, and Ive been to many locations in both Cleveland, OH and now this location. So disappointing.

Not the best service, although friendly enough. A huge menu to choose from and they offer "fit" options that are under 450 calories. Although make sure to order your toast dry even if the menu says it comes that way.

We got a carryout of their new turkey dinner. Turkey was dried out and tasted like a pressed turkey meat not real turkey from the bird. Gravy was very tasty. No butter for roll or cranberries. Disappointed

They act like getting bread with your meal is not acceptable. You have to damn near ask many times for it. Otherwise you wont get it but you paid for it with your meal. Bathrooms are nasty.
