20 years ago this place was 5 stars in my book, but not any more. Called ahead on New Years Eve to see if we needed reservations and told that we didnt. When we arrived at 7 PM half of the tables were seated and the other half were uncleared from previous diners - no busboy on a holiday? For 20 minutes we sat there with no menus and no drinks. Soft drinks came but cocktails took another 15 minutes as they tried to find someone who could make a long island iced tea (used to be the best in town...mixed right out of Mr. Bostons book) and had to be sent back because they were so strong they were undrinkable. The egg rolls were OK (we ordered 4 but got 3), the steamed dumplings were very good, wonton soup was average but not very hot. When main dishes arrived there was no place to put them because the server hadnt cleared away any glasses or plates so I cleared off the table and put everything on the bar so she could put down the platters. The shrimp and broccoli was good (but too salty) with large perfectly cooked shrimp and lots of broccoli, carrots, snow peas. The sesame chicken and pork lo mein were both OK but both too salty and would have been better with just a bit of veggies. The orange beef was in a super sticky thick salty sauce that ruined the whole dish. The pieces of meat were too big to fit in your mouth and huge strips of orange peel. It couldnt be eaten with chopsticks (which we never got anyway) and too tough to cut with the side of a fork - we had no knives. The server was doing the best she could, I blame the management for not having enough staff or a busboy on a busy holiday and for sending out syrupy salty sauces that ruin the entire dish. I dont care about the dated decor, its actually comfy and nice that its the same as it always has been. Very disappointing.

Sleazy employees and disgusting food. We ordered the sesame chicken. It was unedible. It was obviously some old frozen meat that they reheated and it was so tough I couldnt eat any piece of it. When it comes to restaurants, I rarely return food as long as its somewhat decent but no part of this chicken was edible. When we tried to return the two FULL boxes of chicken, they refused to refund the money, instead insisting on making us something else. Why would I want something else from this disgusting place? No part of the meal was good. Only after I started yelling did she refund the money, minus the eggroll (which I wasnt asking a refund for) because she pointed out that I ate it. She couldnt come off more greedy and sleazy. They obviously only care about money. The cook came from out of the kitchen and looked like he had been hit by a bus, dripping with sweat and filthy. I cant imagine what goes on in that kitchen. Last time I checked, their health code violations were pretty high. And yes, I know you speak English lady, you can quit pretending you dont understand that I want my money back. Evil! The food is a joke. I definitely wouldnt recommend it.

This is the absolute best Chinese in Brevard County! I have been going here for about 3 or r years monthly if not twice a month. The first time my husband and I want there, we ordered 2 dinners, way more food than either of us could eat and was definitely a good price for the food you received......also good was delicious! Its was hot and fresh and tasted wonderful! So now we refuse to eat Chinese anywhere but here! Tonight we will be going to celebrate the Chinese New Year with the owner who now knows us by name, knows my children by name and knows exactly what we eat and drink. She always gives us a free appetizer and a hug when we get there and a hug when we leave! Love her she is the sweetest!!!!!

This place is a disgrace to all the other Chinese restaurants in the county, Ill take my money to a Chinese restaurant where the employees actually work hard to please there customers. dont eat here!!!!! The vegetables are among the lowest quality on earth.....they somehow always manage to screw up your order and rarely own up to it. The concierge orders what she wants, not what the customer wants........ every time I pay the bill gets higher and higher. .................. the food taste the same as a can of Purina cat food (just to clarify, I have never ate cat food)...............JADE PALACE, YOU LOST MY BUSINESS.!!! K.O.D. IN FLORIDA TODAY!!!!

Best sit down Chinese restaurant around! Ive been told this place has been here for years and I understand why. Ive been going here for about 6 years now and its consistent in all regards. Excellent service every time (I think they recognize us when we come in now!) and the food is always plentiful and delicious. Ive never been disappointed with anything Ive ordered and theyve never gotten it wrong.

the best Shrimp and Lobster sauce Ive had in years...flavorful without being salty and the shrimp were cooked to tender perfection....the Moo Shu ( a mix of 1/2 pork & 1/2 chicken) was also some of the best....4 large pancakes....meat was tender and the veggies were nice and "crunchy" Great service.

Very disappointed. The food not only was poor quality but also lacked flavor. Good quality food comes from trained Chefs and fresh products. This unfortunately lacked both. The waitress and hostess were very polite but being friendly doesnt always mean you will have a good meal.

Fantastic service! Fantastic food! My 6 yr old wanted Chinese for dinner for her birthday. They treated her like a princess! The food was fresh! The service was phenomenal. All of the staff were extremely friendly. They made my daughters night!!!

The new owners have ruined a wonderful Chinese restaurant. They now use. FAKE pork for egg rolls its nasty. Dont waste your time or Money. No.1 Chinese or Golden Dragon. They are 10 times better than Jade.
