I went there yesterday meaning to just buy a readymade cake. I asked one of the ladies if she could get me cake top decorations. She asked me which one a wanted (at an additinal cost). We tried it on the cake and it was too big. I told her to just write happy birthday on the cake. The decorator was there and asked what was the situation. She explained and then told me that the decorator was about to decorate a cake and if I wanted to wait she would decorate it using the cake top decoration I wanted. I was so appreciative. That is exactly what customer service should look like. Ive bought a lot of cakes from them and I will continue to do so.

Es el poblix más malo y más mal organizado al que he ido. De hecho es el único desorganizado al que he ido. Una pena es que me queda más cerca de mi casa. El trato varía de quien te toque. Algunos excelente. Otros más malo que bueno.

The wait at the Deli section is just ridiculous.. I spent my whole hour break waiting for 1 fried chicken and 1 pound of seasoned potatoes. Theres no sense of urgency whatsoever! And on top of that associates having conversation about their Biolgy class while we have to wait to be taken care of...

Forgot to place a special order on time at Publix, so went to the deli on the last minute. I asked to see if they could help me and they gladly waived the 24 hour required for these type of orders and in 10 minutes I was out the door with my order. Forever thankful.

Terrible sub of the day. Seems this publix replaced meatballs on the meatball sandwich with cold frozen ones, rather then the already cooked, warm ones on the deli display. Terrible eating a hot meatball, cold!!!
