i called to order food delivered and after a little over an hour i called jin jin to see whats taking so long. The person i talked to said they got very busy and my food would be fresh. About 5 min after my food arrived. To my dissapointment the food was cold and soggy, so i called jin jins just to let them know that next time if they were busy to let me know so i at least have the option to not wait an hour for my food. The lady just caught an attitude and said they would pick the food up. She didnt try to make the situation any better, all she said was, "you dont like it, we will pick it up." so i asked to talk to a manager and the owner got on the phone. he then says the same thing with no apology or any fix for the situation, i then asked how long it would take for my money to get back on my card and he said however long it takes. He then proceeded to tell me not to call again and hung up on me. All i was trying to do was give the business constructive criticism to help any future problems and instead they were absolutley rude and could care less.

They did great! We are new to the area so we were looking for a chinese place, someplace close by that we could go to on those nights we dont want to cook, or more importantly...we get the craving for some great Chinese! The food was hot and well prepared. Nothing was overly spicy or in anyway wrong. We tried the Hunan chicken and the Generals Chicken (Gen Tso) and both were great. The side dish of rangoons was great too, you get 8 for $4.50, not a bad deal. Though the restaurant is small, it looked clean and appealing, a bit spartan but nothing bad. The service was great too, quick and friendly. The waitress even joked with my kids. We got the food to go, and they packed it well, so all of the food was still pipping hot when we opened it up. Great portion sizes and and overall great deal. We will be back, as our Chinese restaurant for the area has been located.

I ordered the shrimp mei fun and the dish calls for eggs, inch sliced chives, and NO soy sauce. customers should know that they are not ordering white noodles or eggs or fully sliced chived. i called to complain and i was not put on the phone with the manager. i am accustomed to real Chinese food from a five star restaurant not this garbage. i also used to work in a five star Japanese steak house and i can guarantee you nothing was EVER this salty. if i knew i was going to wait 45 minutes for a bowl filled with enough sodium to coat my stomach in salt in 4 bites i would have just said forget it and made something healthier or more traditional myself. my friends tried to tell me the food would not be up to par but i didnt listen. this trash is for the dogs. learned my lesson. thank you jin jins for terrible food and terrible customer service

Have ordered before (delivery), everything is usually fine. This time, they took the address and phone number wrong and delivered it to the wrong house and tride to call the wrong number. I had waited outside for an hour and fifteen minutes, and when I called they yelled at me, and insisted it was my fault; even telling me "maybe you should wait outside so you wont miss the door this time". The kicker is they took 45 minutes to redeliver the SAME FOOD. Freezing cold, still sealed with the receipt from earlier. Even though I am super pissed I wasnt going to post this, but the fortune cookie told me to.

I eat here all the time the things I get that are not chicken(allergic) are amazing! My favorites are Hunan Beef which is kind of spicy and Beef with Garlic sauce which is a little spicy but also sweet.The fried rice is simply delicious for me.The Lo-mein isnt the best Ive had but far from the worst. Spring rolls are tasty too. Lots of food for the price. A few times it wasnt as good as it could have been but the times it was great made up for the times it was mediocre.

The people were EXTREMELY nice, very sweet. My apartment complex is also kind of difficult to find but they immediately knew where it was, without my having to give an hour of directions like most situations. I got the sesame chicken dinner with fried rice. The chicken was definitely not the greatest Ive ever had but the fried rice was simply SUPERB. It was absolutely delicious! Will definitely be making more trips there in the future, absolutely worth trying again!

EVERYTIME we try and order food from jin jins (because its the only place that will deliver to our address) something is messed up...weather it be the order we have placed or you have to call 20 freaking times to get an answer. Often if you call youll find that they take the phone off the hook to ignore phone calls. Often it is in the evening when they ignore you the most. Its semi-good....if you ever get to order anything... Good luck!!

Best Chinese food Ive had. Ever. The staff is very welcoming and warm . portions are nice size and the price is great. Lunch combo is a great deal. Called on my there and they said 10 minutes, they were placing it on the counter as I walked thru the door. Great for a fast lunch or even a sit down meal. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for really good Chinese. AND THEY DELIVER!!!!

This is probably one of the top/only Chinese place in fort walton beach that deliveries. I use to always order from them was I was a teenage. Food is always good if you dont like it or doesnt look right which I have never had any problem with you can just call and tell them and they will bring you another order. Fast and very helpful great place always will recommend.

Its probably the only Chinese Restaurant that offers delivery in Maryesther. Girl on the phone is very nice. They missed my eggroll last time and I had mentioned it to her and she not only delivered the one they missed but they gave me about 6 eggrolls. Delivery guys are all nice and it takes anywhere between 30 to 45 minutes to get you order. Thanks Jin Jin. :D

Best Chinese food Ive ever had by far. And Being from New Jersey we have a lot of great Chinese food resturants. Maybe Jin Jin is the best cause the owners are from Jersey LOL Either way...what chinese food resturant do you know out here delivers and its quick and free...I love them!

We moved and i was tired of driving across town for our trusted Chinese eat. So I tried this place since it had good reviews. Well we wont be driving across town anymore. They serve Chinese like how they do in NY so my NY husband was pleasantly surprised and very happy. Tasted great!

The food was very bland and as far as Japanese food goes I was told it was the best, but I cant agree. Do not order their egg rolls they are ridiculously small and taste a bit off. This review was based off one visit. Not sure when Ill be in the mood to try them again . . .
