I was just at this Publix today at Summerlin Crossing and experienced something you rarely see at grocery stores. An employee named, "Lauren" who often works the parking lot gathering carts was excitingly welcoming people into the store. She even knows them personally asking how their families are doing or offering assistance. Ive been a grocery shopper in many locations and Ive never seen an employee who loves her job more. What a great asset to the store and its business. Awesome customer service, Lauren!

Convenient location. This is the last Publix on the way to the beach. The one on the corner of San Carlos and Summerlin doesnt count it was a dirtier lesser grocery chain before, and you can tell. People at the deli are top notch. Very accomadating. Publix has achicken salad they sell nut is loaded in fat. I asked the people at the deli if they could do the chicken salad but use a light mayo instead and Victoria, my queen, would whip me up a batch whenever Id ask...

Like shopping in this store but I resent being asked to contribute to the charity of Publixs choice every week. Do not like the public humiliation in front of other customers and the scowl from the cashier when the $1.00 donation is declined . I prefer to choose my own charities that I donate too.

I always, and I mean ALWAYS - have a wonderful experience shopping in this store. I love how friendly and professional everyone is in this store. I quit going to the store in downtown on First Street - WORST publix store I ever been to! Want a great experience at Publix? COME HERE!

They just stopped carrying my favorite sherbet, which is why I switched to this store in the first place.... the Publix brand Exotic Fruit Melody Sherbet. So disappointed. Seems like no store in the area has it now. I never had a problem when I lived in the Cape.

I found the help at the customer service not very friendly and they seemed more interested in conversing with other employees and as I walked around the store the employees never acknowledged me nor ask if there was something they good help me find. So I left

Dedicated Publix shopper for 15 years. Love Publix, but this particular store is the worst in town. AWFUL customer service, terrible management (buddy) and always rotten produce. Chicken bought the other day was still halfway covered in feathers.

Visited this grocery store several times on our vacation stay, great sale prices ( no member card needed for sale price). We even visited their bakery and found a cake that looked like a stack of pancakes. Super great store
