This is one of the worst food experiences Ive had in a while. The restaurant is seat your self. When we sat down at a booth nobody greeted us or came to the table for over 10 minutes. When the bartender did finally come to our table I noticed she was the only bartender in the entire establishment (besides the coworker playing pool). It seemd to me that the owner (who sat in the corner and played on his phone) was more concerned with the ongoing poker table and their game versus the rest of his customers and his staff. The waitress (Kim) was really doing the best that she could but she was definitely being overworked! My boyfriend ordered the Italian beef sandwich WITH onions and tater tots. It came out cold with NO onions and fries. It took 15 minuets for the waitress to return before we could tell her the order was wrong. When the cook brought out the tater tots he placed them on the table, did not say A WORD and walked away. Not only did I call after him but so did my boyfriend (multiple times) to let him know that the sandwich was cold. He simply continued to walk away and act as if he did not hear us say "hello" or "excuse me". We spent over an hour in the restaurant for a poorly serviced meal. The food was mediocre as were the drinks. We will not be back, EVEN if the meal was paid for. I hope the owner hires more staff to prevent future customers from enduring the same poor experience. Where do I begin. Ok first off when you order a beef , normally they ask how do you want it (dry, dipped soaked) nothing! 8.25 comes with a side of fries , so I was excited for that . Most places down here dont include fries . It comes out , half the bread was covered (very little meat) a few fries. Meat was Luke warm if that. You have to pay 1.00 extra for peppers , I mean whats a beef w/o peppers. My first bite was all bread. Disappointed. For the most part beef was flavored and bread was on point but , for that price either add more meat and peppers and drop the fries or something. Over 20.00 for 2 orders of beef sandwiches I mean yes we did order side of cheeses for our fries but next time I guess Ill know better. Smh

This place is horrible. I went to have a drink and get a bite to eat. The bartender Anthony I think his name was started talking about how he gets laid all the time to the guy sitting next to me and ignore me when I needed a drink. The jukebox started playing so loud it bothered me so I didnt order food and left. I came back a week later and the bartender whom was a blackish woman was nice at first. After a half an hour goes by shes cussing about a problem shes having at home and started acting really odd. I noticed a guy selling drugs and when I went to sit down outside there was a hooker that called herself joy trying to get me to give her a ride. This place is trash and the people are garbage!

Italian beef was great,, as was sampler. Even though cold. I wanted to give it a 5 for thefood, but our waitress was literally the worst service Ive ever received. I hate tipping poorly but I feel disgusted by the incompetence. My food was cold, it tasted good, but it wouldve been better if hot. My friends told me this was unusual. Believe the server was Marilee or maribelle. Chicago native grown up on portillos so I know good beef! I mean the place itself is good, just an awful server tonight and thats upsetting.

Chicago Boys never disappoints! Great food, always cold drinks and friendly staff and owners that treat everyone like family. When we are there with groups the owners and staff always go above and beyond for our guests. They have a heart for local charities and we have a great time there. Check out the many happenings going on at Chicago Boys....some fun for all not only on the weekends but all week long. We are proud to make Chicago Boys our home for events and our guests are always pleased.

Rachel the bartender is awesome! We had garlic parm wings and a cheeseburger with grilled onions, Mesha is the cook there and the burger was SOOOOO good that we ordered one to go! What a great spot to go with friends and chill. Pool tables, darts, music and a great staff has made this one of our favorites!!
