This is a KFC/Taco Bell. They were out of Chalupa shells and when we asked if they had something similar the cashier suggested crunchy tacos and I heard her suggest that to several other customers that tried ordering them as well. If youve ever had a Chalupa maybe youd agree that they arent similar. When we began ordering off the kfc menu instead, the cashier seemed really confused about the menu. She came off kind of rude until we asked her about herself then she immediately lit up and became very cheerful. We ended up ordering 2 famous bowls and received 3 instead, all were given to us without gravy. When I went back up to the counter to ask for some gravy, there was a girl that was "working" the drive thru and looked directly at me and pulled out her phone and began texting. I quote working because literally every time I looked at her she was either texting on her phone or leaning on something and yawning. I never saw her do work once. The manager came up to me and I asked him for a cup of gravy. He went to go get me one and started looking around then came back to me and told me no one had made any and that they were out but it only takes a few seconds to make and hed bring it out to our table, which he did and apologized. They seem over staffed and all of them were working at a very show pace. Someone else came in right after us with a wrong order so it seems to happen very frequently. The bathrooms were disgusting. There was pee and a little turd nugget on the floor and there was grime all over everything. It looked like it hadnt been scrubbed thoroughly in a very long time. With the amount of employees working I know they have to use the bathrooms and see how filthy they are. The counter at the soda machine was coated with soda syrup and looked like it hadnt been wiped down at all that day. They had also ran out of small lids by the self serve soda fountain but they had some behind the counter. Just seems really run down and ill managed.

Didnt even get to the food yet, though I have no doubt that that will be bad, but just the service and overall experience was awful. Im not expecting a 5 star restaurant in a Taco Bell, but at least some competent service is to be expected out of any place. I had to send my food back because their was beef in it even after telling the cashiers that I was vegetarian. I can tolerate one mistake, but when we talked to the manager to make sure the meal was fine, the same thing happened. Im not saying that every employee is an idiot, but you have to train employees a little past pressing 1 button for beef burrito. Also, the restaraunt itself is gross. It is as if no one has ever cleaned it. Floors are sticky and tables are dirty. If I was in Florida again, I would rather go hungry.

Try to get white meat orginal recipe chicken there anytime after 6pm is a mission....twice "we dont have any"....WTF...this is KFC and you dont have original white meat? Third time I tried at least this time they offeredt o make some but it takes 17mins...whats the point of going to a fast food restaurant if you have to wait for 20mins, management is terrible at this location, it always looks dirty, has to be the worst KFC in Miami, if you go north on US-1 three milesa away there is another location completely different experience!

Worst damn place ever!!! I ordered a side of large mac and small plain mash at 7:45pm and stand there and at 8:12pm I finally get my mac and cheese but I get a large mash with extra gravy and a small mac ... so then I have to wait another 15 minutes to get the right order!! The awesome part is I didnt notice it was the wrong order until I went to the car, when I go back, they gave my order to someone else who ordered something similar... they are disgusting and undereducated employees. I guess you get what you pay for.

Just left this place from the drive-through to the inside I was very disappointed. Judging by all the pre reviews on this place. Im guessing the manager has no idea what hes doing. The inside is filthy littered with bugs and roaches and probably rats. Bathroom smell like feces urine and back water. Noticed crawling on the floor. Wheres the health department to investigate these guys. I had to throw away $25 worth of food. Never going back to that place again.

I just left KFC and since it took 30 minutes in Drive Thru to get my food, I got the bag of food and drinks then left. I waited a couple of seconds after to make sure she didnt miss anything. I got all the way home to find out that my Famous Bowl was never put into my bag. I called the number (@ 10:01pm) to be exact and no answer. Of course they wont return my money. They SUCK!!! Slow service, long lines!! Go to the KFC in Homestead, they are GREAT!!!!

If the Kentucky Fried Chicken colonel was still alive he would be ashamed of this place, the customer is always right but when greed fills a mans heart Darkness over comes his Mind. This place is suspicious, I just left not too long ago, it smells like cologne and air freshener with car scented Febreze, I wonder what they are trying to cover up ? Maybe the food smell or something Bigger. Thank God I dont live here in this part of Florida, thank God I dont live in Florida at all. Worst vacation experience ever.

I bought xxl beef burrito. Shared with my wife. First few bites, OK. Next bite hair, pull out of my mouth. Thought it might be my wifes hair. But then the next few bites had quite a few and NOT the same length or color or thickness of my wifes! Dag Gum! NASTY! I tried to call, but nobody will answer. So, Ill just publicly post.

アメリカによくあるタコベルです。ケンタッキーと店舗が一緒になってます。 海外では主食になりうるのかもしれませんが、日本人の感覚だとあまりご飯を食べた気にはならないかもしれません。

Absolutely worst drive through experience ever. 30 minute wait while the car in front of me ordered two buckets, and then was told theres no chicken left for my 3 piece order and itd be a 30 minute wait. At 9:30 at night- 90 minutes before closing. Unacceptable. Dont waste your time here its horrid.

Very bad drive thru. You must repeat everything numerous times. All though good is fresh it upset me that 1/2 of the orders are wrong. Not provided with straws or sauces again having to repeat your needs. Not a customer service oriented staff.
