I ordered a green island detox smoothie had time to kill So i decided to dine in after smoothie was done i start to download app and carry on drinking my smoothie at this point i began sneezing thought nothing of it at first until i found myself sneezing back to back this only happens when the ac in the area im in is not being serviced properly look up to see where the vents were so i could mayb move from under and i noticed that they have a few ac vents covered with what appears to be black mold stains on the i count 5 and 1 directly over food area this place should be inspected soon as possible employees and customer may not understand just how much of a hazard this can be this causes a huge concern for me so i immediately exit the store after asking for refund i have reached out to customer service before but never recieved call back i have a few pics i will post hopefully districts manager will reach out to me pr fix problem as for safety of employees and customers there are serious effects cause from mold over time

Been coming here since its opening and even when they had that belly app. But since the past yearish Id get smoothies and it would be a hit or miss with it. Some just had barley any flavor with some very small ice pieces. Which the ice pieces dont bother me much but the flavor part does. I just got 2 beach bums 1 for me and my mother. No flavor in both of them. I used to go to m&h a lot but you get more out of tropical smoothie. But I rather taste what Im drinking so I think I will be doing M&H more often from now on... But I cant complain about the food at tropical. They just need to fix their smoothie consistency of getting it right every time.

Poor poor customer service, I waited over 30mins for 2 smoothies ( I ordered 3 ) when I asked how long the cashier was extremely rude, told me the girl making my smoothies was training shes new, mind you fully staffed not buddy everyone standing around even a staff member on her personal cell phone an NOT 1 co worker offers to help her. When the girl hands me my 2nd smoothie its not even full she made a half of a smoothie I then requested a refund the cashier gives me attitude as if it was a bother to refund my money. I will never spend my money in this place terrible service an customer service

Awesome smoothies and food is fresh and tasty. I consider myself a smoothie aficionado - Ive tried them all, Jamba, Smoothie King, Fruits... and none come close to Tropical Smoothies in terms of taste, ingredients, and value. This place does get very busy at certain times of the day, but for good reason. Staff is good to me, and very helpful. Ive seen the line out the door and always see the staff sweating get us taken care of quickly and politely! definite 5 star ***** p.s. get the Island Green smoothie and the chipotle chicken flatbread

Used to come here all the time. Happened to be in area. Not sure what happened if maybe they had an off night, but smoothies had so much ice you could call them an iceee and not a smoothie. Barely any flavor from all the ice and needed a spoon as hardly anything could be brought up thru straw! For the price I expected a real smoothie. Not the Tropical Smoothie Cafe I am used to. Going to Plantation store for quality smoothie!

I love the place , the food is great! Only thing they close before the said time . I called at 9:15 to place and order for pick up and the phones seemed to be busy . I went before 10. I was there at 9:30 and the place was already closed completely which was a disappointment . Please change the google time to 9:30 instead . But overall good food and cheap for what you get .

I called in an order and was told 5-10 minutes. I got there within 5 minutes and proceeded to wait 30 minutes from my order time while everyone behind me was served before me. The only reason I selected 2 stars is because the smoothies are good. Definitely not worth the wait and poor service!!!

The service the food the smoothies second to none I frequent the one in Boynton Beach but Im closer to the one in Davie the home 1 you guys need to build more locations I would never cook.... just had the avacolado smoothie WHEEEEEEEEWWWWW INCREDIBLE!!!

Got here at 9pm, and the establishment closes at 10pm. They told me that they stop cooking food an hour before closing time. I was very disappointed to hear that. Sounds like they shouldnt be open until 10pm if theyre going to stop serving food at 9pm.

Service is prompt, smoothies are tasty and very good, but, while paying I took a look at the space behind the counter, and the place is incredibly messy and dirty, with vegetables and dried fruit juice laying on the floor.

I have been coming here for awhile and even downloaded the app...this is the second time the order is wrong. This time the lettuce nor the avacado look or taste fresh. Step it up folks or you will lose a loyal customer.

Every smoothie Ive ever tried here is great & flavorful. The food for the most part is very good, especially the Jamaican Jerk Wrap. Definitely worth stopping by for a quick breakfast or lunch.

a little pricey but honestly its worth the money. The chicken pesto is amazing and the sunrise sunset smoothie without strawberries will satisfy your pineapple mango cravings for sure
