I wanted to try some new Chinese Food. Frankly here in Coral Springs I havent been too lucky, most of it is NOT at all good. So I came to this website and read a reasonable review for Red Pepper. I decided to give it a try. It was not a good result. I got the food straight from being cooked and live close by. The wontons in the soup were very soggy and mediocre. The soup was very salty. The fried dumplings were not crispy and the filling seemed to be the same as the wontons. I had asked for a recommendation for a "crispy" beef dish and the girl recommended the Orange Chicken. It was totally soggy and the meat was tough and grisly. We actually threw it out. I have no axe to grind, this is just my honest opinion. All I am looking for is some decent Chinese Food around here. In Boca theres Uncle Tais, but NO PLACE around here that I have found is even close. DO not eat here unless you dont really care for good Chinese food. On a scale of 1 to 10, it is a 3. The desperate search for good Chinese food in Coral Springs goes on....

Red pepper gives Chinese restaurants a bad name. I ordered the bourbon chicken and couldnt enjoy it because there were, what looked like animal hairs, all around the perimeter of my plate. One human hair I can understand because ppl make mistakes but no there were about five. I called and there was a guy that acted like he didnt even care. He told me to bring it back, I said I lived too far. Then he said well food is on us next time you come. I said how will you know its me, he said I dont know, then hung up. So I go in a few days later to test them to see if they would honor their promise and they didnt even care about what happened. Never again will I eat here

Very poor customer service. Ordered delivery and got the wrong order. They refused to replace order and stating that they can not bring new order because address is too far. However they delivered minutes before. Tried to eat food but could not because the fried rice order stale and hard. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

The best chinese delivery in Coral Springs that I have been able to find in over 5 years. I have tried other places, but not really fresh or good. This place even delivered right after a hurricane when all power was out! Ordering every few weeks - good food - has my recommendations

Worst experience I ever had . I ordered food when I received my meal the rice was not Chinese rice at all I called and complained they refuse to give me my money back . Then told me they are running out of rice and veggies . Wouldnt let my worst enemy eat from this place

The nastiest Chinese food EVER!!!! I found egg shells in my egg drop soup. Ordered the chicken egg foo young and was scared to eat it thinking there were possibly egg shells in it too. I had a few bites and it tasted awful!!! FIRST and LAST time ordering from here!

Gave me the wrong order Im allergic to shrimp was given shrimp and broccoli instead of chicken. When I called back they never answered. When I called the next day they said thats not our fault but your personal problem. Will never eat here again

This is by far the best NY style chinese restaurant in the area! Ive tried others in Broward & Palm Bch. County & they fell short compared to Red Pepper! The prices are also very reasonable !

Interesting dishes,and a chain that is a step above the average chain. The spare ribs are awesome, shrimp stir fry fantastic.Again,when you are in the mood,it is always exactly what you crave
