placed an order online for delivery after waiting for over an hour I decided to call the phone number that is listed and did not get an answer, instead I got the fax noise several times. after several attempts I finally got an answer by an employee that once i asked about my order taking long turned very rude and dismissive. I use to order from them often but stopped for a while. now I remember why we stopped ordering from this joint. I do not recommend this place to anybody, at least for delivery. there is no way to check on your order online and it is very difficult to reach someone at the location to get an answer without getting some bad attitude in return.

HORRIBLE customer service & Mediocre pizza. Waited an hour, delivery lady disorganized & incompetent. Couldnt properly use credit card reader & wrote down the information incorrectly causing the card to be declined. Called me up yelling at me & made a scene in my lobby. I called my bank & they advised me that she entered the wrong expiration date. No one apologized & it took over an hour to straighten it out. I successfully paid for the pizza. I told the owner how I was treated & he responded very belligerently & was not apologetic at all. Will not order from this company in the future.

The pizza is very good I really like that style of Pizza. The prices are reasonable compared to the chain restaurants. This is my go to pizza place. The staff is very nice and attentive now. They have really stepped up their game when it comes to service. Delivery gets to my house in like 20 min. The soda is always super cold and they have great pasta as well.

TWO HOURS TO GET THE PIZZA!!! The first time I ordered a pizza from this place and it took around 2 hours to deliver it and I live about 3 blocks away from them, I wanted something from a place that is not the typical pizza chain but I couldn´t get more disappointed, definitely not a customer again, for delivering a pizza after 2 hours they should give it for free

Very rude. They sent the wrong order, refused to send me what I ordered or give me a refund. The delivery lady also asked me to give a cash tip for delivering everything incorrectly. Finally, I found a dead bug under my pizza. Been a customer for 7 years and this place isnt the same anymore. Im never ordering from here every again. Dirty and disgusting.

Extraordinary crust and top quality cheese makes this the most delicious pizza in Miami, or at least the most delicious New York style pizza for sure. Its all either take-out or delivery, so dont forget the salad, and the incredibly creamy pastas Alfredo. Lasagna here reminds me of my mothers. A must try!

Overpriced. So I wanted a large pizza and they told me there was no large size, they go from medium to "extra-large". I ordered the "extra-large" but only the price was "extra-large", $16.60 for a half pineapple-half cheese 16inch pie. A 16 inch pie is NOT extra-large.

After waiting for almost 2 hours, I called to check on my order and I was mistreated by the "manager" that couldnt even apologize for the ridiculous delay. I said that I would never order a pizza there again and his answer was its ok!!! What great costumer service.

Waited over 2 hours for delivery and ordered when I was already hungry. Order always comes incorrectly- never fails. No matter how I instruct them to make my sandwiches they always make it wrong. Not ordering from this place again.

Only pizza we buy when we want quality. Good price and great ingredients. If you are tired of the cheessy and greassy Cazzolas pizza and you want a real pizza then this is the place. I just ordered a large pizza! yummy
