I usually always have a decent experience here. Today was the worst. I always get the Venti white chocolate mocha iced but light ice. Usually it is made correctly when it is I tip. When it is not I will not tip on a $5 and some change coffee. My coffee was filled 3/4 of the way full of ice and had hardly any coffee in it. Not giving me the boost I needed to make it through my double shift. The blue hair girl made it and had a snotty attitude. If I didnt have a 30 min drive to work. I would have brought it in right away to complain. If Google would allow me to upload the photos of the ice filled coffee I would. So disappointed Exspecially when its the only starbucks with in miles. My business will now go to dunkin donuts.

My husband was called rude by a serve after we had waited for 30 min. for a house coffee. After all the customer that came in after him had been server their special coffees, not a house coffee , and left. He asked about his house coffee and she proceed to get onto the young man that had just clocked in that didnt even take his order of house coffee, then turned to my husband and told him he was RUDE for asking for his coffee or his money back. This is so embarrassing, to be talked to by an employee after he had stood there for a good long time just for a house coffee..You do not have the right to talk to anybody that way especially to do it to be embarrassing them after they had paid and not received the order.

Terrible, just terrible. Few years back, I would have giving this place a 10 star review if I had the option. However, after receiving burnt coffee the last 3 trips or so, and hearing my wife say the same, is enough to turn that would be 10 star to a 3 star. Then to make it worse, they refused to refund my money, or remake the drink with out charging me for another. I wish negative stars were an option. Save yourself the time, and money, go 10 minutes further to Joe Mugs inside Books A Million.

Wifi worked, food was descent quality, coffee was good as always. Only complaint keeping it from 5 star, slow. Like slowly ate my croissant while reading, finished it, looked around, realized the very real possibility that they totally forgot my order existed, and then finally heard my name called. Drive thru is no better, as the same woman who was paying at the window when i ordered, was just pulling away when i stepped out.

I stop at this location quite often. They always start my day with a smile. The young lady who is usually takes the orders at the drive through is fantastic. The folks at the window are always pleasant, smiling and grateful for the tip I always give because of their good service. They move a long line in record time which is a must when you are usually rushing to work. Just had to speak my praise!

I love this location. Everyone is friendly and helpful, even when it is busy, which is frequently/always. It is tough to keep a cheerful attitude in the midst of chaos in a retail/food service setting, but these folks do a great job.

This Starbucks location is really great with nice group of staff willing to be of service to their customers. Whenever you have a mistake on a drink or just need some heads up on promotional sales, they are willing to help.
