Unfortunately I am unable to rate this location any higher that 1 star. I placed an order at 7:48am this morning. The app said that this particular location did not open until 8:00am and my order would not be ready until 8:15am. That was fine with me, I place my order and was going to pick my order up before work. I get to this location and the door is locked, the lights are off, and the sign on the door says they do not open until 10:00am. I checked the email I got to make sure that it was the right location and the email said 2330 w Brandon blvd at 8:15am. A hold was already placed on my account for the services that were NOT rendered and there was no way on the app to cancel my order but to call the store. As they were not open I could not do that either. After 10 I called the store and asked for a manager and I was told by Brian that there was not one on duty on Weekends. I then explained to him what had happened and requested that I be refunded. He told me that i would need to come back to the store get my money. As I was already at work I could not go back and I am reluctant to waste even more of my time and gas to be refunded money that should never have been charged. He told me that I would have to call back on Monday to speak with a manager and I asked if there was a corporate number I could call and he told me he did not have one. Very dissatisfied with my experience today.

This is a great place to get a smoothie and a sandwich or snack. I usually get their Detox Island Green which is pretty healthy. The wait time is not long even with a long line. They are very quick. But I use their app which you can order from it then just walk in to pick it up. The app is #1 advice for better customer satisfaction. Then of course, get what you tend to like and youll enjoy the place. - update: before this review was 5 star. I had to change it to 3 star because of recent changes. Even though the place looks better with the renovation, the new employees are lacking. Arent as friendly as previous ones, always making mistakes, smoothies are filled with ice and not much taste, etc. I still go there because I like the food but my experience there has gone negative

I ordered a kale, spinach, avacado, blueberry, & ginger smoothie. It tasted like only blueberries & avacado with a blue color instead of green. The smoothie was overly sweet. Had it remade and still tasted the same and overly sweet. Downloaded the nutritional guide from the website, come to find, the artificial sweetner Splenda is added to the smoothies. This was not advertised anywhere except on this download and no one at this location informed me that the artificial sweetner would be added. I felt sick to my stomach because of the chemical put into this product. This is a misleading establishment because you think you are getting a raw healthy plant concoction, and instead, poisioned with chemical additive.

Watch out rip off! This is really a 1 star review but the food is ok, however they rip u off if want soda. I just paid $1.99 for a 12oz can of coke that costed me the same as a fountain drink!! Whats worst is that since I like coke more I get even less when compared with their 20oz sprite bottle for the same price. Also Im not allowed a second can of soda. BTW they never told me that they didnt have fountain drinks. A warning would go a long way. I feel swindled :(

The only reason this got 3 stars from me is because of the Chip Banana Smoothie, other than that, this was the worst experience ever. Cashier didnt know that they even had Beyond Meat substitute for vegans. My order was messed up, took a bite out if my wrap and it had meat in it and it was the wrong wrap! I got a USED punch card for a free smoothie for my hassle. I must also say that the manager was very nice, he may be the reason I return if I ever do.

This use to be my fav place to go for lunch. Then it either got sold or something happened, because in a matter of months all employees were gone and since then service and quality continues to go down. Orders are taken wrong, slow slow slow service, no smiles and wraps are just not what they use to be. Its sad but i will wait till someone else takes it over cause this chain is usually very good.

Stinky & a particular female of the drink mixers puts out orders as she pleases, not in first come, first serve. If brought to her attention by coworkers, she responds "oh well, thats just how it happens sometimes" and shell leave youre unfinished drink sitting there even longer just to make a point.
