There is no supermarket that competes with Publix for their fresh produce, meats or prices. Their bakery is the best, for fresh donuts, breads, pies and cakes. Many people order their special event, made to order cakes here. Even wedding cakes! This particular Publix at Lakewood Ranch is “our” Publix. From the manager, Jeff, to all the workers, everyone is helpful and always ready to help. Its located in a shopping plaza with other businesses which is convenient. When shopping for food or any other consumable, go to Publix

Nice, clean, and well organized but they need to train their baggers to not put items on the bottom tray of shopping carts. Their parking lot is so rough that its like pushing your cart on cobblestone and ANYTHING you put underneath your cart will jiggle out onto the parking lot before you even get to the first row of parking. When you ask them to please not put anything under the cart, they ignore you and still put gallon jugs, etc. underneath which have to be removed before you enter the parking lot.

Worst Pharmacy Ive been to. They were sending me back to the hospital after surgery because they said the prescription was wrong. It was their own mistake, and no apologies next day. I always have to wait 30 minutes in the line before getting anything. Wont be back
