I will not shop at this Winn Dixie ever again after the experience I had today. I bought 2 boxes of cereal 2 weeks ago that were 2 for $4 which is a very good price for this particular cereal. I didnt open the first box until yesterday and found not one but both boxes the bags of cereal were not sealed so they were stale. When I went to return them I was given the hardest time by the manager Vicki who was very rude from the moment she walked up. She first tried to argue that they hadnt carried that cereal for a very long time time and said no way it was bought at their store(even though it was just purchased like i already said) then tried to only refund $1.30 because that was the current sales price of a other from the same brand. I have been a GM of pizza shop for 4 years, if I would of heard of a manager giving any of my customers that kind of service over bad product they would have been fired.

Employees are cordial, no one ever offers to help with taking My groceries out to the car which would be nice. I dont really see anyone to do that! Cashiers seem stressed at times! Pricies are quite high in comparison to Publix! IFor this reason I mainly go to Winn Dixie for the specials or a quick stop . I do not like the new point system! No participating gas stations nearby that take the card! Much prefer the other promo! Cashiers seem stressed at times! . The Deli is good. Clean store.

The place over all is big, BUT some people were a little unprofessional in their customer service behavior at the front end and around the grocery section of the store. I do want to give a 5 star rating to two people in specific for being kind and courteous providing exceptional customers service. First to Matthew from the deli i wish great luck and to Ashley from the front end. They both stood out of the group. Love the store but some more professionalism is required.

Friendly workers..Good deals..Alot of buy one get one free.Those deals are the best. Even better is the NEW rewards card. Now you can use points for much more than discounts on gas and many more ways to earn those points. The points also stay on your card for 2 years instead of 30 days. 2 years to collect and use those points.

They always have what I need and also have decent prices. Workers are very kind and helpful.The deli has some yummy food. The fried chicken is usually tasty and very affordable. Only complaint is the deli can be a little slow sometimes other than that its fantastic.

All the employees are so helpful. I have health issues and dont have to ask for assistance, they recognize my needs and offer help. I love shopping at Winn dixie, their meats and vegetables are fresh, and employees sweet.

I love the sales..this weekend,they have Ronzoni pasta..2 for $1.00..last week,I bought a huge pork loin for only $14..It will be used in many meals..a great bargain.The store is clean and shopper friendly.

Always a great place to shop. Great BOGO deals are right at the front entrance when you walk in to this well air conditioned store! Produce is always fresh and the meat section is one of the best.
