I love chiptole. Been to plenty that offer great service. Ive been here a couple of times and thier employees seem to have attitude problems. First time around they got my order wrong. Didnt bother to complain. The guy was such in a rush to get us out. He accidentally put hot sauce on my 3 yr old cousins rice and beans. I ended up throwing his food away and taking him to Mcdonalds. Im here today 08/21/14. This lady with tattoos all over and big gauges in ears rudely asked what we wanted and rudely yelled your options. If you bothered her for anything she gave you an attitude.

It seems that the bowls are getting smaller all the time. I dont know if corporate is reducing the portions or if this a franchise thats looking to maximize prophets. I recently ordered the steak and found that it was very fatty. I dont know who manages this place but for some reason it looks like cleanliness is lacking. Quite shabby.

So incredibly slow and bad food for a Chipotle. I cannot imagine any other Chipotle location half as slow... There were 7 people behind the counter (the two guys at the end and the cashier were fast) and they couldnt get an order for five minutes... Worst Chipotle ever

Came in and immediately noticed the friendly environment. Customer service was top notch and my burrito was prepared lickety-split. As for the burrito, it was nice and hot and the ingredients were fresh. All around perfect spot.

Ive been to several of their restaurants. This one appears to be a lilttle less put together . From the staff lack of cleanliness to food prep and dispersing. Perhaps caught it a bad night but ive seen better.
