Other than the fact it is a clean place I really have nothing nice to say about this place. The owner (also one of the bartender) is a real Dick. He seemed as if he were the one out on the town rather than running the establishment. He must not be a happily married man as he flirted with the ladies far more often than the patrons. I would have probably enjoyed this place if he would put away his attitude and done his job taking care of all the customers except only the ones he thought were good looking. I am a males getting a drink and a welcoming attitude was beyond reach. I will not return and neither will any of the 10 other patrons that were with my party.

Dover needed a place like this! A very nice, classy little bar. I was there on a Saturday night and they had a great DJ... Played everything from a classic rock to lite country, with some good dance mixed in. I would not have thought of this place as a dance place, but a lot of the folks were dancing. A very fun crowd. Busy but not too packed, and not so loud you cant hear yourself think. I could still talk to the fellow next to me. The next Saturday they had live music that was also really enjoyable. The atmosphere is very comfortable. The staff is very well trained and extremely courteous. All in all I recommend this place HIGHLY!

My husband and I were visiting and decided to stop and have a drink at the Golden Fleece. We were planning on having dinner across the street but the restaurant was closed. We were the only ones in the bar but the bar tender was very prompt and friendly. He put our request game on the TV and offered samples of beers we hadnt heard of. In the end he offered suggestions on dinner locations which we took and had a great meal. We will definitely stop by for a drink or two when were back again.

Went for karaoke, ordered a drink, and when I went to sing a karaoke song I was told I couldnt sing any slow songs and literally had to sit down. If the owner is allowing such mess, they should advertise this "rule" on their website before people waste their time and money coming here. Ive never been to a karaoke bar where they list songs you cant sing. I had a crappy day and just wanted to belt out some tunes.....

Really good all around pub. Very nice place and good staff. Great bands and sometimes a DJ on fridays and saturdays.. Karaoke on Thursdays. It is the Cheers of Dover.

Great place to chill with friends. Its in the Heart of Dover. Drinks are affordable and service is great. No stress bartenders

This is the type of place that you expect to see in Philly or DC. Very upscale, friendly and warm. Best pub in Dover!
