This is the first time in my entire life I have not left a tip for my server, but in my opinion they did not deserve one. Instead of making sure someone else had their tables covered while they went on break (or even simply informing me they were going on break at all), they decided it was okay for myself and another family of four to wait thirty minutes to be helped further. The only reason I got the second half of my order in under an hour was because this persons coworker decided to help me while they were on break (The coworkers explanation when I asked where my server had gone: "Oh, they went to go smoke. Theyre on break...". Wow. Awesome). I get that I was taking a long time to decide what to order, as I was trying to coordinate via text message with the person who was watching my luggage, but that is not a very good excuse to just make everyone youre serving wait so long with no communication whatsoever. After I was made to wait and this persons coworker helped me, I asked the coworker that took the second half of my order for my check and waited another twenty minutes for that! Do you want to know what the entire staff was doing while I waited for my check, including my server who had just returned from their break? My server who had gone on break saw fit to check their phone, while the rest of them did useful things like roll silverware or help other guests. What if my flight had been boarding?? Would I have been forced to walk away without paying?? The whole experience was absolutely infuriating.

For the only bar in the Lehigh Valley airport, they are decently stocked to get you drinks. With rotating craft beers on tap and always having a Weyerbacher on tap as well, the beers are good. Typical for an airport, the food is over-priced and mediocre, but edible. Bring your own nibbles, and just get drinks for an easy rest before your flight!

Youll pay $12 for a chicken finger platter, be told Im sorry for the wait, after they forgot to put the order in three times. Then when youre really hungry itll come out and be three crappy tenders and fries. Id pass on this place, take a seat and get peanuts instead.

Horrible experience. Service was the worst Ive ever seen at a restaurant. They had one employee for a packed dining area.
