If you are looking for a great, independent place for breakfast you cant do better than Sunrise Restaurant. Great food, excellent service and marvelous menu. The coffee is very good. Try the Gryo Omelet with gyro meat, feta, peppers and onions! The spinach and feta omelet is also very good. All the regular choices as well; pancakes, home fries, waffles. etc. They serve lunch as well and unfortunately I can only image how good that meal is prepared.

While the place may not be glamorous the food and people are great. The portion sizes are great. I had the half size of french toast and something called a snoogle I believe it was called. Both were very good!!! My friend had the broccoli omelette, sausage and toast. He loved the omelette but it was so big he couldnt finish it. I ate some of his sausage and omelette and they were very good!!! I would definitely recommend them!!

Came here based upon Google reviews and convenience to our hotel, and were not disappointed! Food was reasonably priced and tasty. We ordered the French toast and the sausage gravy on toast. We came here for breakfast on a Saturday morning - the restaurant was busy but tables turned over quickly. Service was quick and friendly. Definitely recommend!

Food was made to order and in a reasonably short time with good service. Place was almost full and atmosphere was good. The only reason it lost a star was because the food (home fries and eggs) required a hint more seasoning (salt) during cooking to bring out the flavor. Bacon was cooked perfectly. A great start to a Saturday morning!

Its ok, nothing special. The coffee was bitter. And yes they give ALOT of food, but if the eggs are blah the potatoes over seasoned and the sausage ..eh. it doesnt matter how much is on the plate, your not going to eat it. The staff was pleasant, but it seemed the manager stood with arms crossed staring at his staff ... just weird.

This tiny little spot serves an awesome breakfast. Its typical diner fare: omelettes, pancakes, eggs, etc., but the quality and preparation is so much better then... well... just about anywhere. You seat yourself upon arrival, and it can get crowded, but its still absolutely worth the trip.

Great little diner. All the people were very pleasant and friendly. Food very good. Had a steak and cheese omelet. They added onions for me at no charge. Filled coffee cup constantly which was nice. Made sure I had everything I needed. I will definitely be back.

No frills diner fare with very dated vibe, but functional. I liked the sausage gravy and biscuits, though it was over toast. Opens early, though coffee was a little rough. Cost more than I would like to pay for a meal of this caliber.

I didnt even stay. They have a huge breakfast menu with egg sandwiches and omelets but would not make any of them with egg whites. Kind of amazing they could not accommodate this request as most places do and just charge a bit more.

Small mom and pop place. Great service, good breakfast and price is awesome for a beach community. Their service is top. They split the meal for us, as we wanted to both try two different breakfasts. It was so much food.

A mediocre breakfast joint that just costs too much for what they serve. If you want a great breakfast, during breakfast hours, go to Hammerheads. Much better! Or go to Crystal at the top of the Avenue in Rehoboth.

Good spot for eggs, bacon, or sausage. I was not the biggest fan of the French toast, my order had a ton of cinnamon on it compared with the powdered sugar. Go here if you want an omelet!

Great, solid diner fare...breakfast is the best weve had in 15 plus years staying in Dewey....we highly recommend the breakfast! The staff is very friendly and food comes fast.

Great and quick food with lots of windows to watch the morning crowd. They have a full breakfast and lunch menu along with sandwiches. Friendly staff, and outdoor seating too.
