Worst customer service yet! I Just Moved to the town of Windsor lock, very nice town. so yesterday I ordered General tso chicken with shrimp fried rice with eggs in it. they delivered me fried chicken with reguler rice with a fried egg sitting on top of rice. the rice is supposed to be yellow and the shrimp and eggs is supposed to be mixed in the rice, I call the store to let them know that that my order WAS wrong. the lady (younger girl) hung up on me, so i drove down there and told them my order was wrong. lets just say they did not like that, i got cursed out so bad to the point i wanted to cry i got called "liar" and "fat pig" multiple times. All i wanted them to do was to make my food what i asked for. that insults kept coming. i finally got to a point where i said i want my money back, then they really got mad and cursed me out even more (mind you THERE is customers in the lobby, some who walk out). to add injury to insult, she didnt even give me my full refund back. I was very upset. I never in my life encountered such behavior. it was all uncalled for. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN.

We love ordering from S New China when were not feeling up to going out. Favorites are the beef teriyaki, the General Tsos Chicken (much sweeter and less spicy than other places), and their chicken fingers. Im not sure what other reviewers mean about poor service, because not only have they been completely lovely to us, they are always willing to fix mistakes when they happen. Weve been ordering from them for close to 11 years and we look forward to more!

Called only a mile away and wont deliver due to the town zone but would definitely deliver to areas farther away that are miles out. Due to the location of my delivery they are they only Chinese place close by and no other Chinese restaurant would deliver either but this is only 1 mile down the road not even 3 mins by car and wouldnt want to place my order -Diaz-G J.

I love the food! Always the kindest service. I always get extra duck sauce. I have never once had a problem. It is possible to have some slight miscommunication on the phone, however they are always incredibly polite. Keep a menu handy!

These guys are fantastic! Im a huge fan of their General Tsao chicken, the standard by which I judge all Chinese restaurants. Their crew is always very kind, polite, and fast. Everything I want in a Chinese delivery restaurant.
