When we first came to this shop it was OK food. 2 weeks ago, though, was horrible. Prices increased and my wife was caught in the middle of some workplace arguing between employees about the "new management". The person behind the counter also argued about pricing on our food. We asked for egg rolls and for some reason the person decided that egg rolls that usually came with our order was not included and doubled in price?! The end result was a very long wait time and subpar food that unfortunately was on the verge of spoiling. The rice was at some point left out for too long during their day and tasted horrible. Weve decided to no longer buy here anymore. Too much trouble for us, the customers.

This lady here is rude she doesnt answer you the right way when asking a question. .mean while her son is eating his dinner in the dinning area and he got up to get some water and she said something to him in their language so he ended up putting his water bottle back .ppl like this are so stubborn and just angry with themselves .. I wont be eating here anymore. . If she treats her child this way what else she is capable of doing to our food... chinese restaurants have the worst customer service. ..

the food is o.k but you have to watch them because they tax everything, I had placed my order and they gave me the total then when I get there she asks, any sauce so I asked for the usual, duck sauce, soy but I asked for hot oil which was an additional .50 but she turn around and taxed my whole order, I was like really, from now on Im ordering from jackie chen on newpark ave, food is good, friendly staff.

As a college student with little time or cooking skills I need a place thats cheap, good and consistent. I have tried almost all the other Chinese places in the area and this one is by far the best. I am never disappointed by anything I order on their menu. Nothing is bland or too greasy. My favorite is their Hunan chicken platter extra spicy.

I placed an order through grub hub. The delivery arrived over an hour after the predicted time. I was disappointed with this. I thought the food was good, but it wasnt amazing and it certainly wasnt worth the wait. Id give them a try again if I pick up but Ill never do delivery again.

The food is fresh and mighty delicious. The staff are friendly and no troubles on the phone. The place is small (just 2 tables I think) but clean. Standard chinese take-out, but very good quality. I also like China Jade on Park St., but have had less often. Go git some!

Me and my wife love this lil place. The food is great and very freindly staff always with a smile, it is a small place so warning if u wanna eat in. The general tso chicken is amazing best in west hartford for sure!!

Excellent choice for the broke college kids. Lunch portions are ample for the hungry man. Dont bother getting large portions because the size you get for small is worth the money

Just ordered chicken nd broccoli w/ shrimp fried rice, and it was great nice and hot generous amount of shrimp chicken was so tender. Very great quality!
