This place has less then 1 star pizza and less then 1 star customer service. I called ordered a pizza and then my family member called and my whole family left to see her in the hospital so I called back the pizza to cancel it because there was no way for me to pay or pick it up or anything. My family had been ordering there for couple decades not just couple years. I explain this to the "owner" or "manager" and he tells me Im not allowed to do that and refuses to take any of my orders any more. There pizza is looks nothing like the pictures you see online. Its standard pre-set pies at top dollar prices. The convience and deleviery time was the only reason we ordered there seeing as it is close to our house. Cant believe the integrity and disrespect this business gives its customers.

I dont know which is better - the food or the incredible service! Pizza Works pizza is incomparable, being that it is the best Ive ever had! To make things even better, the staff is so friendly and helpful! They were extremely efficient at getting my order in and making sure my food got to me as quickly as possible. The care and kindness that I received from the staff was a sigh of relief - you rarely find service like that these days! The owner was so welcoming and it was made very obvious to me that customer satisfaction is his main priority. Overall, great experience here; highly recommend it! Will definitely be coming back in the near future!

Is Pizza Works it is the worst possible Pizza in the world they cant get an order straight you ask for certain things it doesnt come you ask for a pizza a certain way it doesnt, comes called they just cant get it right regardless what you asked him for you call him on the phone on your cell phone they call you back on the house phone the driver waits for you to go outside he waits in his car for you to go out and get the pizza instead of bringing it to the door I thought when you asked for a delivery comes to the house instead of you going to the driver just cant get it right

Was charged for a premium topping for bacon when it was just salted chunks of diced ham. I may not have the most refined palette but dont piss in my mouth and tell me its lemonade. I thought the ricotta cheese that was supposed to be in the calzone was hiding but the hiding spot must be in the refrigerator in the kitchen instead of between the dough. All Italian flags within a three mile radius should be sacrificially burned in fear of being tainted by the aura of Pizza Works.

Food is always good but they have horrible customer service. They got a new website and sent over a 20% of coupon. Unfortunately their website did not work because it kept coming up with an error. So I called in and they would not honor the coupon even though their new website was not working. The girl who I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude and left me on hold for 5 minutes to speak with a manager. Will not order from here again because of horrible customer service.

Ordered a steak and cheese deluxe wrap. It was supposed to come with mushrooms, onions, peppers, and american cheese; I had the option to add lettuce and tomato, which I did. When my meal came it was straight STEAK AND CHEESE. ONLY. No salt, pepper, toppings...NOTHING. It cost me $12 and came with dry french fries. The meal was warm when I got it, and I live less than a mile away. Never ordering here again.

Very friendly service. Ordered my pizza to go and it was cold and hard (as the box it was put in) by the time I got home. I had to put it in my oven as if I was reheating it from the day before. I only live a half mile away. I asked for mozzarella cheese on my garden salad, there may have been a tablespoon full on it. My first and last time.

Waited on hold for 10 minutes. There was alot of confusion with a simple order one of thier own specials i might add, wich they then also made to order wrong. No napkins ranch plates etc. However They did re make our order within an acceptable time frame and the food was great. They also compensated a free 2 liter for our time.

In all my years living in Connecticut, Pizza Works is by far the best pizza restaraunt Ive ever ate at! From the fries, to the the wings, the salads, calzones, sandwiches, and pizza, every order tastes absolutely amazing! I will definetly come back for more. Great price, great food. Love it!

Let me tell you something about this place: I have been here last month for a quick bite the guy at the counter was super friendly and the food was fine so I ordered a pizza last night and again great service - great food and very good pricing... Definitely 5 star from me.

Ziti, salad, garlic bread & soda. $8.00 one of the lunch specials! Mon-Fri 11-3pm. Delish, super decent portion(surprised 4 price). Spotless. Basically take out or delivery since no public bathroom although there is seating so go b4 u come!!! Worth the wait.

Although not authentic.....but very good pizza and calzones. Nice specials and not expensive at all. Great delivery service and great fast food spot when you dont feel like cooking and want something tasty while watching the game!!
