Beware Of The Soups at this location!!! I ordered Chicken & Wild rice and Autumn Squash for the family at 7:30pm and by 9pm everyone was violently throwing up. This is not a stomach bug this is 100% food poisoning. I called to let them know and they told me I was wrong it was not their soup. It was my husband and his best friend and wife. All we bought was soup... After 18 hours of vomiting my husband took me to the hospital and they said I indeed had food poisoning they believe it was from spoiled dairy products or the e-coli they found when they tested. What I thought to be even more interesting was that when I looked online I saw a lot of food poisoning reviews. I will never go to another panera bread.

This new eating place was very disappointing to me.They were out of pesto stracchatelli, which is the reason for my visit tonight with my grandaughter (her favorite).& Service was certainly not ov er ly friendly except for the lady cleaning up dirty dish area. The new interior is just not as cozy as the store you closed a mile or so up the road, no fireplace either, if this is the , Panera new style thats a shame, why change a good thing? Chick Fila next door looked very good after my experience tonight. I have been visiting Panera ever since various locations came to CT.

what happened they moved down the hill and lost there heads>> 4 visits 4 disappointing visits. wrong orders each time. 4 canister of coffee empty at the same time and attitude is what ever??? no one knows there left from there right. unfriendly, scatter brains. who trained them>??? suggestion fire them all. rehire the old gang. and get rid of the manager if this is his way of serving good customers one star because the bakery is still fresh and good tasting. Paneras went with drive through but drove away great customers, good workers and atmosphere .. nuts !!

Very disappointed. Be sure to check your order before you leave! We ordered a full Caesar salad and several other things. We get home and this salad is anything but full...we were given a half order at best. I am not a regular Panera customer n thought it very skimpy...especially after paying full price. My GF frequents Panera n said we were given a half order. Im not going back any time soon.

I came here with my brother. The menu seems simple enough for someone who has never ordered at Panera before. I took a basic sandwich on the menu. There is a ton of seating to choose from when you order inside. And for good reason. At lunch time, this place gets busy! Food portions seem kind of small for price you pay, but it was a decent meal regardless.

10$ for a turkey and cheese sandwich. 25$ order and then I get home 10 minutes later I get home and part of my order isnt enough even in there . Not going back. terrible service for over priced food and then not even accurate and I was the only person in the store . Wish I could give less then 1 star ..

Came here to get dinner with my girlfriend and when we went to get our food, the salads were not tossed, the chicken on top was pink and honestly looked like cat food. Not amused, will not be coming here again.

I had a horrible first experience in this Panera. The cashier added a sandwich that they dont even offer on my check and when I spoke to the manager and staff to fix it they were extremely rude. Never again

Solid Panera and great iced tea selection. Really like the blood orange/carrot tea...reminds me of the orange drink from McDonalds. Is the Mediterranean veggie sandwich on a different kind of bread?

I like this Panera. The employees are friendly and the food is always good. I have been going once or twice a month for years and they have yet to mess up an order.

Good place to eat a quick bite. Food is a tad pricey but you do get a nice meal if you do it right. Fresh bread, bagels and other treats available.
