Manager/drive-thru person is completely unprofessional and rude and has a lot to learn about life. Today I asked to tack on a medium drink to my order at the window (after waiting quite a few minutes for a response at the menu) and the drive through guy completely ignored me while staring at me, took my card out of my hand, swiped it then pushed the bag and my card in my hand and rudely slammed the window shut. I drove off and called a few minutes later to complain. The phone was given to him. He was extremely rude, telling me "Yeah okay, whatever." after he told me I was lying. His excuse was that he had an order in his ear however the person on drive through was female and the other fact is that he wasnt taking an order because he was goofing around with a friend right after shutting the window so I know he was lying. When I confronted him about it, he laughed hung up on me after I could hear him and his coworkers laughing it off. I dont have his name or employee number as he refused me a receipt previously. The unprofessionalism is amazing and him and his coworkers mocking me about my complaint made me not want to let this go. I will be contacting the district manager shortly to speak to him about this clown. And all of this is not mentioning the multitude of times my orders have been wrong, completely burnt or otherwise poorly made. This staff is horrible.

As far as food quality goes, this taco bell location is moderately consistent, however, this location tends to be short staffed leading to longer wait times for meals (especially if the drive through is backed up and youre inside). Ive found that their soda fountain is often out of various flavors or is not dispensing the proper ratio of soda to syrup, leading to a mixture more reminiscent of seltzer than soda. If you can get to the Manchester CT taco bell youll probably find better service, but if this is the closest to you, it may not be bad depending on the day.

A clean Taco Bell with a staff that gets stuff done, but isnt afraid to be personable. One of the ladies was cleaning the mens restroom when I was about to go in and you could tell she was frustrated by something. I asked, jokingly, if all was well, and she kind of calmed down a bit, but vented how she was frustrated with whoever took care of the bathroom last, as it wasnt taken care of properly or something. It was pretty funny. The bathrooms were very clean, though, which usually says a lot about fast food places.

This is the second time that I have tried this location. To say that they are impressively slow is not hyperbole, I am actually impressed at the skill it takes to create a 25 minute crunchwrap supreme and a taco salad. On my first visit here, another customer was so irate that she stole MY order, and I had to wait for the whole order to be remade. The name thing is stupid and ineffectual, too. 5 star FAIL.

Fast Food Franchise 101: This location simply does not have a Breakfast Drive Thru Menu during Breakfast hours. How is anyone suppose to know what they want to order if they only see the PM menu? Can they afford it? Ive gone there last year, then today and it still never changed. Seems extremely lazy on their part or something that is vital for the franchises marketing.

Ghetto everytime i go there all i smell is weed the employees are all high the bathroom is always broken and service is slow . How do you run a business with everyone taking weed breaks not only that in front of the door to enter Then the employees smell like weed I have kids I will not be bringing my family back to this establishment until the Smoke Clears literally

Massive parking lot for this recently renovated taco distribution center. Once inside you will recognize the menu and prices. I have had a variety of service at this location. They once made the most well balanced 5 layer burrito Ive ever experienced, but on another occasion we waited well over 20 minutes for a simple order with minimal customers.

Overall an excellent experience. The creepy worker with the goatee stating at us wasnt very pleasant and the lobby floor he was supposed to be sweeping is still dirty. The manager and other employees were very courteous and the burritos were awesome.

They screwed up our order and then did not make it right. There was like 20 people behind the counter yet it took forever. It was poor dinning experience. I expect more from Taco Bell. The only reason I would go back is because the food is so cheap.

Had absolute poor quality. Order taker didnt listen, then disputed with us on the order. The order took 16 minutes to receive then was made wrong. The staff gave attitudes to other customers waiting just to order.

Excellent, friendly and fast service, great to dine in, with a clean and appealing atmosphere. Very good food, have been coming here for years and have always had a great experience. Drive Thru is fast as well.

This is one of the better Taco Bell around. Our burritos were cold and when I informed them, they offered to make new ones and to use the grill so they were extra hot/crispy. Good service.

Stopped here for FAST food on a 7 hour car ride and ended up spending half an hour. Took 15 minutes just to get our food and the place was dead. Terrible service. Food was good though.

Taco Bell is one ofvmy favorites. I love breakfast and this one has a nice group of people. Clean place and very kind people. Have been in many others... This is one of my favorite!

I love taco bell, but the reason I rated this one 5 stars is because of the atmosphere in Vernon, just clean and nice- not one of those dirty rat traps run by rude high schoolers

This is the go-to Taco Bell! Always go through the drive-thru and the employees are very nice, every time. I dont think Ive ever had a negative experience at this Taco Bell.
