First time. I found the menu confusing. It starts with their "signature" burgers. The first one is a double burger with 4 pieces of cheese. yuck. The next has crunchy tortilla chips on it. yuck. The third has 4 slices of bacon. overkill. At the bottom of the menu board is the "build your own burgers". They also sell a burger with 9 patties and 9 pieces of cheese. I cant imagine anyone buying this. The onion rings were SYSCO food service. So were the buns, cheese. Nothing special about this place. Except the price! $25.00 for 2 double cheese burgers, 2 rings, 2 fountain drinks. The cashiers uniform was filthy/grubby. And it was freezing in there.

My son raved about the burgers here so we checked it out today.He was right, they are awesome.I ordered a single burger with bacon and cheese and french fries. The meat has a delicious flavor and not pre-frozen. The lettuce was a large fresh leaf and the tomato was also fresh. The onions were diced.The french fries are really wonderful. The establishment is so clean and has a great feeling inside. I like this place and lot and plan to stop every time I have to go to the train station. Staff was cordial and helpful.This is my new favorite for a quick hamburg.

This was my first time there and it was a horrible experience and I will not be back my food was cold because I had to wait for my chili cheese fries that were very soggy I went there at 1:26 pm and didnt get my food until 1:40pm I was there before a few customers and they got there food before me then when I received my food it was nasty and I would never go back there again. And employees were not friendly at all.. poor service..

We were thrilled to have a food space on this corner ... What a joke! Yes the food may taste good, but there is NOTHING "wayback" about the prices... $10 for a burger, without fries!? And you have to order and then sit the hop up to get the food. This place is just a glorified, expensive fast food place and a waste of money. Drive down the street to Lazy Dog and experience a real burger, while you relax and wait.

Wayback seems t be one of those places you love or hate ... and I am on the plus side. The burgers and fries are solid and the service is pleasant. As an alternative to Five Guys (none near me) I can always count on a filling lunch in a nice atmosphere. (Only downside ... Pepsi and not Coke?) You will spend the same as Five Guys (a little steep). Worth a shot if you have never been.

I gave 3 stars because it took forever to get my order. What saved it was the burger was Great! 2 of the 3 employees were hustling but your grill man needs some training. He looked like he didnt care and was working at his own pace. I will give it another chance because of the burger. Hopefully the service improves.

Ordered the bacon burger, fries and chili cup, to go. Paid 17.52. Got home, fires were mediocre. Chili from a can and not one strip of bacon On the burger. I was one of three customers... The only reason Im giving 2 stars is because the young woman who waited on me was so nice.

Beside the fantastic burgers. & orher food. Genuinely courteous, heplful patient staff. Clean well stocked dining area. Clean bathrooms. Prepared to order so its not lighting fast. Not slow either. This is my favorite burger place. Take out or eat in. Counter service.

Service is slower then McDonalds. But that is usually because the food is better. If you like a good greasy burger this place is great! The onion rings are delicious and so are the shakes ! Yum yum. Worth the stomach ache !

OMG the food is so greasy. Saturday no people. Place dirty. It needs too be clean. Too much money. For greasy food. Smell muggy. The tables,windows,floor all dirty. But the workers are good. Parking is good. No people lol.

Wow! What a great burger - Had the Ultimate Bacon Cheese burger ... and it was! Also had the chili cheese fries that werent all that great but the burger certainly made up for it. Burgers can be great again!

Its an awesome place to go to if u just feel like you need some good old fashioned comfort food hence the way back service Is great nice people but its a bit pricey but its always worth a little extra.

Went to Wayback and observed employees eating food as they were preparing orders for customers. Incredibly unsanitary. First and last time trying Wayback. WILL NEVER GO BACK!

Excellent burgers and fries. Their chili and Mojave sauce (limited time) on burger make it a cut above the rest. The fries are natural cut and taste great.
