HORRIBLE FIRST AND LAST EXPERIENCE My husband, my sister, and her two small children, and myself all went to Red Robin the night before my nieces Pre-K graduation. My niece LOVES burgers, and we thought this would be an enjoyable experience for her. We arrived at Red Robin around 9PM, and was told there would be a 20 minuet wait for a table. Although finding this rather odd as it’s a Wednesday night, and there were empty tables we decided to stay because my niece was excited to eat there. After getting a table, a server to our table to take our drink orders, she was friendly but lacked professionalism. She took our drink orders, and our appetizer order. After waiting another 15 minutes, we got our drinks and appetizers. The server then came to take our good order. We placed the order and asked that my nieces food come out fast since she is only 5 and will fall asleep soon. We waited and waited, then another server came to us and said our previous server was on a brake and she will take care of us. A total of 30 minutes had passed by, and no sign of food. I saw the manager and call him over to ask him about our order. This extremely rude manager told me he would come back to hear what I have to say because he has had guests waiting for a seat for ten minutes and has to seat them. How come people who haven’t even been seated yet would get preferential treatment while I continue to wait for my food?? The manager NEVER returned to over table. After another ten minutes I then called over the server and asked how long it would take because we had to go, we were extremely hungry, and over 40 minutes had passed by. She went to the kitchen and after a few minutes came and told us our order would take another ten to fifteen minutes. We told her we had to leave, and did just that. I refuse to believe a burger, no matter how good it tastes would take an hour to cook. Moreover, I am appalled by the managers behavior. The manager needs to learn how to deal with his customers, especially when you have left them starving for an hour.

Red Robin: Friday 9/31@ approx 3/330@pm Crowded. BT assisted with getting sat at bar. Ordered drink but out of the base product (again Friday). BT made a similar drink. Was ok, but did not compare to what was expected. Placed the order for gourmet burgers. Expecting a lot of flavor, based on menu descriptions (A1 Peppercorn burger and Burnin Love Burger). Notice while waiting that guest seating nearby had to ask for ketchup and silverware. 15-20 minutes passed and still no food. Noticed the restaurant crowd was dissipating and wondering why food was taking so long. BT noticed our concern and went back to check. Came back and never said a word to state how much longer. Food came 5-7 minutes later. Not what was expected. Food appeared to have been under the heat lamps too long. Both burgers were dry in appearance and taste. Hardly pictured as advertised. We wondered whether we were given the correct order. The burnin burger was found to have one jalepeno. Asked for silverware. Placed on the counter, bunched, service end pointed towards us and DIRTY (watermarks). Unwrapped straws are handled by barehands that touch dirty plates and handles money. No intention of ever going back. Noticed back bar had paper cones still on the bottles. Why??? Should have been removed before opening. Piece of plastic from when the beer nozzles wrapped from previous nite hanging from beer tower. Accumulated dust on top of beer tower. Bad visuals. Definitely would not recommend this place. Saw a guest and child get a refill at the service bar station. Server not available for refill???? Place still needs work (Just opened several months ago) or more experienced management staff.

Went into this place before and it was just too packed (and 30 min wait) in what I expected to be an unorganized meal, and its barely what Id consider a date night spot; so walked in and walked out got sushi at a fancy place instead. Until yesterday, I was craving Red Robin. Its an interesting first time & returning on a Tuesday evening it wasnt so busy. No one was at the front to greet us and a bunch of tables were empty (even uncleared food remained on several tables - gross sitting down and seeing a half eaten burger and such at the table next to us. The place is too casual, not in a laid back way but in a unclean first year college student dorm after a trashy party type of style. But I went for the burgers and experience. Has a lot of great signature burgers. So I applaude home base for the glue that holds the RR company. But they should get their satellite stores in shape, drill the staff on procedure more. When lack of waiter attendance and messed up orders and cold food (all of which we experienced on the first visit, after reading countless complaints). I even got charged for a game which never prompted me about a charge. Most importantly *** Everyone - the royalty card program should be prompted for. There are great deals --- but the staff doesnt mention it at all & the person I was with didnt send my receipt for records... so Ill be calling back the store. Spending $45 and feeling this way - with endless revailers backing the reviews...thats risky for business. I urge everyone to tell the manager your honest opinions and also promote use of the royalty card / app. Power to the people.

I had the worse experience at Red Robin. I ordered a rare cheeseburger with crispy bacon and avocado, on a toasted onion bun. Everyone around me was receiving their food. I did not get mine. Finally after 30 minutes my order arrived. The burger was extremely well done. I could hardly cut it. There was no avocado. And the bacon looked like it never saw the frying pan. The roll was not toasted nor was it an onion roll. I would have called my waitress over but I did not see her. The two "kids" sitting next to me, obviously work there. All of the wait staff was going to their table to gossip. When I finally saw the waitress, she made a face and said she would take off the price of the avocado. Big deal. I told her the burger was overdone. She could care less. She wanted to know if I wanted more fries. I will not be back. Service is horrible.

I went to this Red Robin on a saturday with my friend. We were told to wait 15 minutes for a table which wasnt a big deal. When we were sat our table was wayyyyy to crammed with the other table. It was awkward trying to talk to my friend with the next table over us breathing over us. So got the onion rings which were mediocore. I got the oktoberfest burger which honestly tasted terrible. My friend got the bacon cheeseburger and liked it. The fries were disquting & cheap. They are definately the microwaveable kind. My food wasnt so gourmet at all & I wont be going back there again. Go to applebees, get 2 for 20 and save your self 10 bucks on the average price of a red robbins bill because the food is NOT worth it.

WHE stands for worst hamburger ever. Made me sick. No exaggeration. You couldnt pay me to ever eat here again. Staff is poorly trained. There are so many good burger joints around, not sure why anyone would feel the need to give this one a second shot. They even ruined my love for Robins and the color red! I can only imagine the amount of people that have gotten sick from this place. I wouldnt feed this stuff to a dog or homeless person. Its that bad. Attention google- is there any way I can grab that star that you guys made me rate Red Robin. Giving a star to a place this bad seems very unfair. You should have a zero star policy that reserved for the worst of the worst
