First time trying Tastebuds. I had heard about it as I work for a local business, and decided to give them a shot. I called in my order in advance for pick-up, and was told 20 mins which I thought was pretty decent considering I called right before one. Waited 15 mins and then headed to Tastebuds, got there 25 mins after the call. The food wasnt ready (a grilled cheese and a chix cutlet sub), which was fine I wasnt in a terrible rush. However, when I came in there was no greeting even though clearly the staff of three women all looked at me walking in and approaching the counter. One continued about her business without a word, another continued texting on her phone behind the register and on turned and continued working on an order. I thought it a little rude and stood there until I was finally acknowledged by the girl behind the counter that was working on the order (wore glasses). Conversation was very brief "hi, what do you want" type, I told her I was picking up an order and then she told me it would be up in a few minutes (actually an extra 10 mins). She told me to pay up at the register, so I proceeded to the register and waited for the girl with the cell phone to finish her text, before she could ring me up. Rang me up, and then I stood around for 10 mins until my order was up. The food was good, no complaints. The service was lacking. Obviously this place could be much more busy as its a good alternative to Panera, Subway, Wendys and Ken & Jerrys, if the service were better. Unless the owner is content with offering bare minimum service and good food. While Ill probably go there again, I do hope the service gets better.

This was my first experience with this deli, and will be my last. When I called to place my order, the girl picked up and told me to hold, then never got back on the phone. After waiting 5 minutes (giving them the benefit of the doubt) I hung up and called back. The same girl answered and took my order and told me my caprese sandwich would take 20 minutes. I told her to cancel my order, and she said would 10 minutes be better? Um, yea. When I walked in I went directly to the pick up section and was completely ignored while the two girls chit chatted. I finally got out of there and got back to my office where I opened up a mess of a sandwich. They must have put on too much pesto mayo and when it was heated it liquified and went everywhere. THIS is something a customer should know. After all that the sandwich ended up in the trash and I ended up with mayo all over me and my desk. I am extremely disappointed.

Been coming here off and on for couple of years for breakfast sandwiches. Used to be best deal around. Prices have gone up considerably and quality of food has definitely dipped. Their menu lists egg & cheese on a hard roll for $1.99, asked for double egg and cheese with tomato on hard roll and was charged $3.99. Quality of tomato very disappointing, especially for Sept.

First and last time eating here. Pretty disappointed with the chicken Caesar salad. Little nasty pebbles of chicken and nasty lettuce. I feel like if youre only job is to serve people food, why not make it as good as you can and not half ass it! Put some extra effort into it. Im no chef but your food shouldnt be worse than what I make at home!

Im giving it two stars for the simple fact that i went in there and spent $23 dollars and there where no rest rooms my poor mother of 76 had wet her self out in the car because of it im not from the area and had i known that there was a stop & shop down the road we would of taken our business elsewhere
