The drinks are fine, when you finally get them. The manager is usually doing all sorts of jobs around the store but never cleaning which is the one thing the place actually needs. Im afraid to put down my arms or my coffee on any counter because the stickyness is visable. This store needs a retraining session and maybe a different (not so rude) manager to give the place a good turnaround. No need to fire anyone just training to bring up to standards.

Close to home, friendly and helpful employees. It gets a bit overcrowded during the usual before-work, lunch-hour, and post-work rush, but with advanced ordering with an app, this is fairly easy to avoid. Im not a big fan of their coffee, so my rating is on the establishment itself. For me, its a greater convenience than Dunkin Donuts, and the employees are significantly better-trained for customer service.

This Starbucks is hit or miss. They seem to always be busy. The staff is almost always frazzled. This is close to my work, so I go there sometimes, but its not in a convenient location and the service isnt the greatest.
