Crowded right now. It is not usually crowded at all. Alot of times the edge fitness people come in, but not enough to overcrowd the place. Prime location and staff is very polite. They pay close attention to every detail, and they make sure they know everyones name. Ive never had to wait more than three minutes for my coffee.

I use this Starbucks to study for a change of environment. Good atmosphere and the young college kids they employ are friendly. Ive been here multiple times and they deserve a good rating. Unfortunately it can get crowded at times but you cant blame a business for that (it just means their doing well).

They are always clean & nice staff. Yesterday I had an employee with a terrible attitude. Maybe she was having a bad day. She didnt greet me or anything, she just made my coffee and slid it to me on the counter. Hopefully tonight she has a better attitude, if not

Poor customer service, employees spending more time talking to each other than making coffee. Behind counter Needs to be cleaned. . Usually I get quick service but not today. These 2 guys need to speed it up.

Coffee is great. Staff are always pleasant, always busy and coffee is very good. Pastries not so good (they seem greasy and high in calories). I also think theyre too expensive, lol but I like it here.

This is a deceptively small shop and very poorly marked out. The lot is confusing and the storer serves great Starbucks products but is a challenging store with a parking lot that is very unfriendly.

Service is awful. Employees are unprofessional and rude. Drinks are poorly made and the employees will not remake it for you. Worth driving to the New Haven Starbucks and avoiding this store.
