Got dip plate and kids plain quesadilla. Pretty good overall. Black bean dip was a little bland but strong on raw garlic. Could toss in some cilantro or something. Hummus was good and tasted like it was prepared onsite. Veggies had been cut previously and celery had some brown. Quesadilla was plain as ordered. Service was slow and disorganized but people were "nice". We had hoped to stop in for a quick bite but ended up there for just under an hour. Hot mint chocolate was not remarkable and tasted like powdered mix with froth.

Not the friendliest of staff and very unprofessional. Waited 15 minutes for two bagels with cream cheese and it wasnt even that busy inside. Definitely not the greatest customer service. All the girls were talking to eachother in the back and moving very slowly. Their cookies/muffins arent covered and are just sitting out while customers can easily hang over them (since we accidentally found ourselves doing that while we waited for our food) so that is definitely not sanitary.

This place has everything you need to feel comfortable and enjoy a good meal. The food has a good amount of variety, and there are many different drinks to enjoy depending on the time of day and weather. The atmosphere is cozy with a slightly hippie vibe. Colorful walls adorned with a large combination of artwork. This was a home away from home back when I was a teenager.

My first time at Café SoL and I loved it! I ordered the Triple B wrap, and everything was fresh and delicious! The service was very friendly. Be aware that it does take them time to prepare your fresh mouth watering food, so be sure to call ahead if you need it to go. I plan on making this a weekly stop since I work right around the corner! Cant wait to go back!

Wonderful customer service. The food is deliciously satisfying and unique in every way. Its like taking fine dining quality food to a casual atmosphere. The blue is a beautifully salty sweet blend of artwork that gives your taste buds a lovely awakening. It will want you coming back for more.

Awesome local cafe along main street in Niantic. Great locally roasted coffee, food (sandwiches, muffins, cookies, wraps, salads) is amazing. Atmosphere is laid back and relaxing. If your passing through the area or hanging out in downtown Niantic its a great place to stop :)

Healthy, flavor-rich sandwiches and wraps, alongside a nice variety of hot beverages, baked goods, and breakfast foods. Interesting decor, and a great location in historic Niantic. Being walking distance from one of the Book Barn locations doesnt hurt either.

Really great place. Everyone is very friendly and the food is wonderful. They dont put a whole bunch of goop into the food so you get to taste the natural flavors. Serving sizes are perfect and the prices arent bad. Overall, a pleasant place.

We love getting lunch for the office at Cafe SoL. The only complaint we have, is that their hours of operation change too much. When it says they are open, often we have called and no answer. Other than that we LOVE Cafe SoL.

Too many seats at the small bar. While sitting I was touching person next to me. Too claustrophobic and uncomfortable. I wouldnt sit at bar again. Take some seats away. People need their space. Draft beer is expensive.
