I have been going here for years. I see people whining about the delivery.. So dont be lazy and go pick it up! As far as the lady being rude, she speaks broken English! She has a job to do and does it. If you want depth of conversation, call a friend. I have always picked up, and they are nice enough. I havent yet been to a Chinese take out where I was truly "wowd" by the service. The food is really good here. I dont go anywhere else unless Im not in the area.. I would have given more stars, but Im limited to 5.

This place has a stupid lady that answers the phone all rudely and non professional! You call and she answers the phone saying "WHAT YOU WANT, where you at" and they charged us 11 dollars for chicken noodle and rice and then the guy yelled at us for giving him a dollar tip even tho we live so near and it was a small order. Horrible experience! Dont recommend it. Awful people. I ordered chicken wings last week and they were all green and stuff and they refuse to take it back.

The lady on the phone spoke very broken english that was very hard to understand. I tried to order and just got confused and kept repeating my order and adress back and forth. I was put on hold and hung up on twice. Im not sure if my food is actually coming but its not worth trying again. I wasnt told the time it will arive or the price, I was just hung up on after she said something. Hopefully the food is better than their service.

The lady who answers the phone is honestly the rudest person on this earth.. My work orders in food very often and every time we order from the Great Wall we are always uninformed about the time for delivery, the food is always at least an hour late, and the driver yells at you when you only tip $2 for late food. We will NEVER be going back to them, and are NOT recommending them as a restaurant. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Do yourself a favor and STAY FAR AWAY from this restaurant. It is hard to figure out which is worse, the food or the service. After proving a $17 over charge on a delivery order, the angry woman managing the restaurant pretended not to be able to speak english well enough to correct their mistake. The food was under-cooked and so heavily salted as to be nearly inedible. Astonishing that this place continues to operate!

This place has great food. Im not sure why everyone has such an issue with the lady who takes the orders? They are always busy and work hard in a hot, noisy kitchen. I bet the people who complain, couldnt do her job. She is always polite to us, because we are polite to her! Dont go there, that way I wont have to wait as long to get my delicious food.

The food its awesome. The lady is such an unpleasant person. I understand language barrier but answering the phone "what you want?!" And with attitude the entire time is off putting. I get busy at with as well and maintain a professional attitude. They are the Best around though so a difficult phone call really isnt all that bad.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Ive been ordering from this place for 5 years now and I havent gotten sick of it yet! The food is great, the service is wonderful (The woman speaks very little english but you can understand her and she comprehends well.) Its a small place, kind of hard to find but its definitely worth it!

Moved to New Milford 1 year ago and tested every Chinese restaurant until I found the right one. Owners may not speak English very well but they are attentive and their food is to die. Always huge portions. Keep coming back every time.

There are like 40 (I know, a little bit of exaggeration) Chinese food places in New Milford and I think this is the best one. Friendly people, fast service, good food. The food is not greasy or heavy like most of the others.

The food is good and thats about the only thing they have going for them. The lady on the phone is VERY rude, and charged me $4 for a little bit of pineapple in a pint size rice. Not worth going to for the rude service.
