Terrible Kentucky Derby experience! We had several people join at this venue for what was supposed to be a fun Kentucky Derby day. They were promoting their buffet that would also include a bunch of give-a-ways so we paid $20 to get in. Before the food even came out, there was a line of people waiting. And the line kept growing as the food kept running out. The kitchen had no clue what they were doing andf couldnt keep up. Management was a joke. They had every excuse in the book but not one made any sense: "more people than they expected" Duh, biggest racing day of the year. "Timed buffet" meaning who cares if people are waiting. Oh, and sorry no refunds. "Doing the best we can". Everyone waiting in line was complaining and in talking with several, they were not planning to eve3r come back. We wont make that mistake again. Management should be demoted until they learn some semblance of customer service. TOTAL JOKE of an operation.

A couple of the bartenders are the best in the world some of the others arent so great they are remodeling so it should look a lot better and its a great place to go if you bet on horses dogs or Jai Lai most of the food is way overpriced though and the drinks are not very great price either

The Sports Haven fish tank does not have any fish. My boyfriend brought me there on a date and it was the worst date I have ever had. The TVs are huge though. I was the only girl in there. The place is full of compulsive gamblers. We didnt try the food...booooo to Sports Haven.

What a difference from a year ago! Greatly erfined interior with hugh flat screens everywhere. Bar food was really great and fit my budget. I enjoyed betting and watching all the World Cup action with my mates!

Was disappointed that no specials were at snack bar for the big race. Example popcorn or peanuts o Other items for groups to share.

Great place to bet on horses, etc. Best for triple crown bets! Plastic cups, cheap beer.
