Okay so I eat at junzi at least everyday when Im on my break, Im a loyal customer, most of the staff there knows me. My order is always the same and consistent. However they recently hired new people, and these people cant do nothing right, I repeatedly told the young boy no bean sprouts or cilantro he gave it to me anyway. Im extremely allergic to cilantro I had to throw my food out today and yesterday! And he the newbie they hired is really slowful and inconsiderate. Dont hire people who dont know what the hell theyre doing and then he scratched his hair and proceeded to touch my food

Amazing food, in a chic yet welcoming atmosphere. The noodles with pork were exceptional. Even after traversing a short trip in the car, the spring noodles had the perfect springy texture. The flavor of the pork was perfectly complemented by the tomato scallion sauce and a variety of vegetables and aromatics that are combined at your behest.

Bings are delicious! In addition, they fill you up, but are filled with protein and vegetables (not fatty), therefore making you feel full, but not groggy afterwards. I highly recommend them and will continue to frequent this restaurant in New Haven. I only hope they get a cart to come down to the medical center!

A small restaurant with quick service and good food. Dont be put off by a line when you get in, they move you through quickly. Great vegetarian options. There is very limited seating inside, but there is a small park with benches across the street.

The food got noticeably worse (the chicken!) and the prices rose as well for no apparent reason. Ive always been a consistent customer, but it seems like theyre misusing the popularity theyve amassed to deliver less for more.

I love the Saturday night late lunch, the jian bing is amazing and I truly hope this kitchen opens more locations, what better place to showcase a new taste to the world than New Haven, Ct and Yale University!!!!

Love Junzi always. Inventive food that is healthy yet filling and light. Weather you get the wraps or noodle bowls you can not go wrong. The staff is lovely and helpful when learning what to order.

Nice staff..mediocre food. Not worth $9 dollars a bowl. Could get better noodles or anything else small for the same price or less at an actual restaurant. Wish it was more flavorful.

Very good food, fast service. Its like a Subway/Chipotle for noodles/bing in that you choose sauces and fillings. A little bit pricey though. The chilli tofu is excellent.
