Went in to order food,everyone was cooking,one girl on the phone,stand there for a awhlie,untill I almost walked out! Its like I was not even there,sucks!!! (They act like they dont see you or something) I pay money,its not like its free)Then went home,my food was not even cook good,its raw!!! Worst food ever!! And they dont really wanna hear what u got to say,the are gangster up in there lol..never going back there..

I have literally tried all of the Chinese Restaurants in the area, and none can compare to Shang Hai Gardens. The place is very clean and the workers are neat and kind. The service is very fast, and on a night that is not busy, the food is ready in 10 Minutes. The food is so good that I could eat it every day. I would recommend Shang Hai Gardens to anyone that is looking for a good Chinese Restaurant.

While im on the phone ordering my food the man who i was talking to started taking other orders . never once said please hold.. I brushed it off i finnally ordered my food and it comes 50 mins later .. I check the food and the whole order was wrong . i called to tell them and they nust offered to give me rice .... My whole order was wrong for my entire family why would i want some dam rice??

This place service is very bad, I bought some chicken and beef not fresh, I bring it back to exchange the service couter said busy I talk to the boss , they said the owner not be the way, so shifts this chinese restaurant
