I love Gingerbitz!! Food is great. But it is not just the food. The people are lovely from the owners to the chef to the servers. Clearly the owners have put their heart and soul into this restaurant. Look at all the detail with the decor--even the books in the bathroom are carefully chosen and positioned just so. Only problem is that the Waldorf Salad which was on the menu over the summer is gone. I would love it back but you do have lots of other choices.....

My wife and I love this place. The owners are great and the service is always on point. We usually have breakfast here on Saturdays if we are in town. The coffee is always good and food is simple, clean and satisfying. Croissants are always always delicious. OJ is worth the splurge.

Awesome croissants. Crusty on the outside and flaky in the middle. The lunch/brunch food is excellent too. Finally, a real bakery in new canaan.
