My kids and I are avid pizza consumers ... not one of us finished our slices and we left two other slices completely untouched. This was pizza taken to go, though. And pizza to go is sitting in a heated glass case, so the pizza becomes overcooked, brown cheese, tough crust ... not wise if you aint moving that product quickly. Perhaps dining in yields a better pizza experience. But then, the chicken sandwich we got was disgusting. I introduced my wife to the pizzeria-style chicken cutlet sandwich a year ago and she fell in love with it. Pretty much any pizzeria we go to has a good version of it. Not so here. The breading was soggy, the "grinder" (the sandwich bread) had characteristics of bread sitting in a plastic bin for a week. The young lady who attended us was stellar. Id give her five stars. But Im getting pizza somewhere else next time Im in town.

I thought that it was just a fluke the first time, but this was the second time Ive had food from them (two months apart) that had made me vomit. Their food is very greasy, and I always make sure to really soak it all on a napkin or something to make it less intense. I think two stars is a little generous considering both times Ive had food from there, the pizza was either burnt to a crisp or slightly under. Same thing with their mozzarella sticks-- they basically tasted and felt like microwaved food. I suggest Mama Teresas, GGs, or Papas on Naugatuck Ave. Also, I am SO sick of the drivers from Bella Napoli tailing me, running stop signs, and almost causing accidents left and right.

I ordered a meatball calzone but I got something else, called them up the next day, they put me on hold for 15 min and then the manager told me that I need to bring it back in order for me to get a replacement or a refund & I did, went back and the manager looked at me and says: there is some missing, I told him : yeah I tried yet so he went back and then the owner came and said: I dont think there is anything wrong with it so I cant refund you. I was in a corporate training for that week so I shared my experience with 1000 employee, also I had a presentation in a local school did the same thing, even in my hotel during breakfast.

Ive had problems here over the years. Decided to get lunch from there with some friends. I ordered the turkey club and when I got it the fries were ice cold and there was no tomatoe or lettuce on my sandwich. Then they didnt not discount my friends wrap which was a chicken Cesar with no chicken.....full price for a wrap of lettuce and croutons. Enough to say I will not be back

First of all I ordered at the milford restsurant. A small pizza and a veal parm grinder. The websight prices are 4.00 less but they dont honor that. So a 17.00 order is actually 23.00 and then add a tip. 2nd the veal grinder was lacking the veal. worst sandwich ever had. And then I also noticed they forgot the cheese. Better to avoid grinders here.

Recently ordered two large cheese pizzas. The pizzas had a pool of grease in the center of the pie like a pool. Now dont get this fat kid wrong I like a little greasy pizza but this was a sign of a cheaper cheese being used. Customer service there has always been great but I have seen a decline in there product over the years.

2 hours later and still no pizza. 1 mile away. If your staying at the hampton, dont try the local pizza. Call dominoes, they had my pizza here in less that 20 minutes and tasted great.

Lets just say, Im pretty sure I ordered chicken tenders. Not frozen Perdue chicken strips. On top of the fact that the pizza dough wasnt even fully cooked through.

The place is sub-par. Every time the order is incorrect, and a couple of times the food has either been spoiled or un-edible. Food is OK but it is pretty pricey.
