Got delivered a RAW, UNCOOKED PIZZA!!!! Called the restaurant, asked to speak to manager to inform him of incident. Manager COMPLETELY RUDE!!! As I tried to explain that the pizza was raw and uncooked, manager continued to interrupt me, asked if he could see the pizza as if anyone in there right mind would keep the damn pizza just sitting around at home, (I threw it away in the garbage as I am not feeding my family RAW FREAKING FOOD!) and then began to raise his voice at me stating, "I need to see the pizza! I need to see the pizza!!" I will NEVER EVER order from this pizza place again!!!! Customer service SUCKS! Manager needs to be retrained on how to speak with customers and deliver quality food. Im disgusted with the lack of professionalism the manager had! DOESNT EVEN DESERVE A ONE STAR

Had an appt around the corner was starving so went to the first place my GPS could find. This place is amazing. Bread is perfectly crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy inside. Calzone and pizza slices were huge and delicious. Next time I need lunch in Waterbury Im going here.

Order a party pizza...in my second slice I pulled a long black hair our of my mouth it was disgusting....as my step step son picks a slice to eat as well a shorter black hair sitting on his slice...there I lost it threw the whole pizza out...will never again go back to this place.
